Great location

Location, pool &bbq were both excellent. Accommodation was very clean and very basic. Not possible to unpack completely due to lack of space. The mezzanine level bed was head bumpingly low and not the easiest to access. The shower is a tiny space and the curtain pretty useless, if it didn’t stick to you it leaked. The pool area was great. Location and parking very good. If we were to sum the accommodation up it would be posh camping.

Fantastic host, location, parking and lovely house

We stayed for a week in October. Jean-Claude is a really lovely man and is a great host, and was very patient with our lack of French!. The location is really good - right by the Calanques and a short walk to a beach and to the harbour. Importantly, the house comes with parking and also access to a really nice outside area. We used the BBQ and sat outside several times. The house is good for two people (quite compact), and has everything you could need. It is also very clean. Cassis is a great location for a week stay and we'd highly recommend it. Thanks Jean-Claude!

Tolle Zeit in Cassis

Die Wohnung ist zwar klein und der Zugang zum Bett über eine steile Treppe gewöhnungsbedürftig. Das wird aber durch die schöne Terrasse mit Blick auf das Gartengrundstück und die den tollen Poolbereich völlig ausgeglichen. Die Lage ist prima. Cassis und die Calanquen sind gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Nach Marseille fährt regelmäßig ein Bus (3,50 € pro Fahrt). Sehr sympathisch und hilfsbereit ist der Vermieter und Hausbesitzer. Er spricht allerdings nur französisch. Es waren zwei wunderbare Wochen.

Traumhafte Ferien in Cassis

Unsere Ferien in Cassis waren traumhaft schön. Anfangs waren wir erschrocken über die steilen und bergigen Sträßchen von Cassis. Wir hatten die E bikes dabei und wollten die Gegend mit dem Rad erkunden. Von unserem Apartment aus zu den Calanques und an den schönen kleinen Hafen und die 2 wunderschönen Strände war es dann auch kein großes Problem. Das Haus ist sehr schön gelegen, sehr ruhig und hat einen tollen Garten hinter dem Haus mit einen schönen, sauberen Pool, den wir eigentlich immer für uns alleine hatten.Leider kein Meerblick aber unter Palmen und Pinien gelegen. . Unser Vermieter, der im Haus wohnt, war sehr nett, hilfsbereit und immer zu erreichen. Das Apartment war für uns ausreichend groß, aber schon etwas beengt zu zweit. Wir können die Unterkunft aber sehr weiterempfehlen.

Studio mit Tücken

Das Außenglände des Objekts ist richtig gut. Mit Pool, reservierten Liegen, Sonnenschirm und Tisch mit Stühlen - richig gut. Aber das "Studio mit Zwischengeschoss" muss wohl ursprünglich mal eine Garage gewesen sein, mit einer Grundfläche von ca. 20 qm auf der Bad, Toilette, Küchenzeile, Esstisch mit Stühlen, Sitzecke mit TV untergebracht sind. Alles eher eng. Eine echte Zumutung ist das Schlafzimmer, dass im Zwischengeschoss unter dem Dach untergebracht ist. Dorthin führt eine Leiter, die sehr steil aufragt und oben hat es eine lichte Höhe von höchstens 150 cm die durch Längsbalken unter dem Dach teilweise nocht verringert wird. Man kann das Bett nur stark gebückt oder auf allen Vieren erreichen. Schwierig ist das für Menschen, die Nachts auch mal raus müssen. Und schlaftrunken auf dieser Treppe ... Es tröstet, dass es eine Klimaanlge gibt, die gut funktioniert und das ganze relativ günstig ist.

Cadre enchanteur, hôte adorable !

Dans ce cadre idéalement situé nous avons rencontré un hôte attentionné et exceptionnel: d’une gentillesse rare sans être intrusif, Jean-Claude sait vous faire partager l’amour qu’il porte pour ce joyau de la Côte d’Azur : Cassis, ses calanques enchanteresses, ses points de vue à couper le souffle, à deux pas de sa magnifique propriété. Cet être rare et profond, sa maison et Cassis gagnent à être connus !!!

Merveilleux sejour

Très jolie propriété, magnifiquement fleurie, au calme, très bien située pour pouvoir tout faire à pied et en particulier les calanques de Cassis.Le propriétaire de la villa qui vit sur place est de plus un hôte très charmant et attentionné. Nous avons passé d excellentes vacances.

un séjour inoubliable

Nous avons séjourné dans un studio se situant sur une magnifique propriété . Nous avons passé de superbe vacances, cadre exceptionnel, le jardin est magnifiquement entretenu, la villa est située dans le quartier le plus prisé de Cassis. Une carte de Cassis ainsi que de la documentation se trouvait à notre disposition afin que nous passions des vacances dans les meilleurs conditions, le propriétaire donne de bon conseil aux vacanciers ( activité à faire, lieux à ne pas manquer, les meilleurs resto etc...) Le studio dispose de tout le confort indispensable, très propre et bien décoré, le propriétaire pense à tout (les éléments de première nécessité se trouvait à notre disposition à l'arrivée). Nous retournerons sans aucun doute à Cassis et plus précisément chez ce propriétaire, un accueil très chaleureux. UN GRAND MERCI AU PROPRIETAIRE ( vous êtes formidable ne changez rien )

Séjour cassis -Août 2021

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour Le studio est bien équipé Un espace réservé au studio pour le coin repas et un espace détente près de la piscine sont les bienvenus L’emplacement est idéale pour rejoindre les calanques Une petite balade de 15 minutes à pied permet de rejoindre le centre de Cassis et éviter ainsi le casse tête des parkings saturés dès 9h le matin !!!! Merci à Jean Claude pour sa gentillesse

un vrai petit paradis

Jean Claude est un proprietaire d'une extrême bienveillance avec ses locataires. Il lui tient à coeur que ces derniers passent un bon sejour chez lui et n'hésite pas à leur donner de bons conseils . La villa est sublime et entretenu de façon exemplaire,c'est un Havre de paix qu'il est difficile de quitter merci encore pour tout ça Jean Claude

Séjour très agréable. Location très bien située, proche du centre et des calanques. Studio confortable et très propre. Piscine et jacuzzi au top. Que dire de l’accueil, il a été excellent et le propriétaire des lieux est une personne très sympathique et très agréable. Excellent séjour donc. Nous retournerons car j’ai oublié un pull 😏, il s’agit là d’une excuse 🙈.

Un séjour reposant

Notre séjour fut parfait. Le lieu, l’appartement, la piscine tout était au rendez-vous pour passer un agréable séjour . L’emplacement est au top pour se balader. Mais la cerise sur le gâteau c’est Jean-Claude sans qui nos vacances n’auraient pas été si réussies. Un grand merci à lui pour sa convivialité, sa bonne humeur, son aide et son sourire . Une location à réserver les yeux fermés.

Small but prrfectly formed!

Jean-Claude is the most charming and kindest host you'll ever meet. His home is beautiful and the small studio with a mezzanine level has everything you need. The pool is a huge bonus and the garden is delightful to spend a lazy day doing absolutely nothing... The area is beautiful and all the restaurants served fabulous food. You can walk everywhere, but do be aware the area is hilly, but the town is completely charming. I do hope we return one day. Our endless thanks to Jean-Claude for sharing his beautiful home and for his huge kindness to two strangers who now think of him as a friend.
