Wonderful apartment with a hostess that is also the best. There were beautiful flowers on the table upon our arrival. The apartment was meticulously clean and Anne was very flexible and accommodating. She was very helpful with restaurant and winery suggestions. All was perfect!
This was exactly what we were hoping for! We had a memorable girls weekend in this lovely apartment with lots of character. It was exceptionally clean and comfortable as well. The owners were extremely attentive and informative. We were able to walk to wonderful restaurants and shopping, plus short drives to beautiful wineries and festivals. Would definitely stay again!

lovely as always
We have stayed at this address several times in the past, but this time we had the first floor suite. It was comfortable and beautiful as always. Anne and Jerry always make their places feel like home. From the personal check in/out communication to the decorations and details. We keep coming back because of the location and comfort. The apartments are in walking distance to the town, lake and HWS, offering plenty of activity without having to be in a car all the time. This trip we brought 2 other couples and we each rented an apartment in the building. It was convenient to be together but separate. I feel confident that we will be back again in the future.

Fab!
We spent a long weekend at the Park Place suites when we were in town for a wedding. It's super clean, super charming, super cozy—perfect for a fall weekend away in the Finger Lakes! Anne is a great host; everything was accommodated and she was on hand for questions. I can't recommend highly enough!

The suite was beautiful, comfortable and quiet. It had everything we needed with some extra, thoughtful touches that were much appreciated. We loved it! Though we didn't meet Anne, she was very quick to respond via text with any questions and we hope to meet next time! Thank you!

Character filled suite with extra home-comforts
Beautifully decorated suite with everything and more you could need for a break in the Finger Lakes. The organic toiletries and vase of fresh flowers are extra nice touches. The location is perfect for a stroll in to town for dinner, shopping or bike rental. (The trail along the lake front to Waterloo is a good way to make use of these!)
The only reason the property did not get a 5 star rating is due to the student noise from the apartments next door.

A well deserved 5 star rating
Beautifully appointed, spacious, historic (1825) and next to a beautiful park, what more could one want? The Park House is very affordable and nicely located in the downtown historic section of Geneva, NY. It has all the necessary accompaniments in the kitchen and dining room. The living room is comfortable and, by the way, has some interesting books on its shelves. If you are going to tour the Finger Lakes' wine country, enjoy the lakes or just chill out, the Park House should be your unquestioned base of operations.

A Perfect Wedding Accommodation
Anne and Jerry were warm and friendly and very accommodating for our wedding party during our son's beautiful October wedding. We rented both Pulteney Suite and Park House which were plenty of space for all of our immediate family to stay. Pulteney Suite was a perfect fit for our 89 year old matron of the family and one daughter. The location on the square in the center of town was ideal and beautiful. We highly recommend this apartment for couples visiting Geneva and the wine country.

Beautiful, clean, and spectacular!
Staying at Anne and Jerry's place felt like staying in a five star hotel! We were so impressed with the beautifully decorated rooms and even fresh flowers to boot. Jerry couldn't have been more accommodating and was there to greet us when we arrived and show us around the place. He had great suggestions on where to go for dinner or just find a bench along the lake where one could take a bottle of wine and enjoy the scenery. His wife, Anne, decorated each of the suites and if she wasn't an interior designer in her previous life, she should take it up now because she excels at it. You won't be disappointed with your stay!

Perfect in every way!
Perfect retreat while in town for a wedding in Geneva this past weekend. My husband and I stayed in the Polo Suite (3rd floor) and could not have been happier with our stay. Ideal location and walking distance to downtown Geneva shops and restaurants. Beautiful light received in the living room in front and bedroom in the back. The furnishings are just lovely--comfortable bed, full appointed bathroom--add that to ability to enjoy the kitchen for quick breakfast or late night snack just adds to the already welcoming environment.
