ne le reccomanderai pas, glacial, sans vue, mat de cuisson dégoutant, linge usagé et dechiré, à donner au pressing, ascenseur souvent arrêté, pour cause de non paiement des charges par les co-proprio, appareils electriques souvent deconnectes pr économies d'energie, la dernière photo sur jardin "mensongère" n'existe pas; GARDIEN SYMPA mais ne peut faire plus sinon bonne situation en ville, marché proche,

Calme, confortable et bien placé
Bel et vaste appartement très bien situé. Accès très rapide à la medina et la place Jemaa el Fna (a pied, bus ou taxi). Situé dans Gueliz a peine en retrait des grands axes, l'appartement est très calme (plutot bien après l'ambiance de la medina). Tous types de resto autour : du chic au plus "local", le petit marché situé juste de l'autre coté de la rue permet de se ravitailler a petit prix. Bref, un très bon compromis
