About this property

Lake Michigan Cottage With Panoramic View

Sit on our deck and look out over Lake Michigan viewing passing ships. Only a 5 minute walk to our sandy 1/3 mile of beach. Visit local wineries, golf courses, farm stands, and fishing spots. Climb or ride on the Silver Lake dunes, visit the lighthouse, play at Craig's cruisers, only a short drive away.
Our 3 bedrooms are 2 queens, and a loft with 2 twins. Bed linens are provided. Bath towels, etc. are provided. Fully equipped kitchen, gas grill, and internet. Rates can vary by season; contact us for discounts in spring and fall. Front load washing machine and 'solar' dryer. Strictly no more than six including children. Weekly rentals only in July and the first half of August. Preference given to longer stays such as 5 to 7 nights. Holiday weekends require a 3 night minimum stay. Also, please tell us about yourself; details help us decide if our place is a good fit for your vacation. We live next door and are available to answer questions. There's fans for every room, but no air conditioning. TV works off a fire stick and You Tube TV or bring your own streaming device.
NO Pets. Closed mid November, through April.

The view from the cottage is better than any lake front cottage. Watch the ship traffic on the lake, walk our 3 miles of wooded roads, enjoy the wildlife-deer, turkeys, fox, woodpecker, and bird of all varieties. Enjoy the stars with unobstructed view.
