It is a Savoyard farmhouse dating from 1820 tastefully renovated located in an environment of mountains and nature, near the village of Thônes.

The farm is surrounded by nature, comprising 120 m2 of living space with parking, terrace, garden, kitchen, living room, dining room, shower room, toilet, 3 bedrooms including a small bedroom adjoining the house.
The first floor is reserved for the owner who lives there without opposite and with an independent entrance.
The price includes: (sheets, wood for the fireplace, water, electricity, heating, cleaning ....) Everything is included.

For the winter season, provide equipment suitable for the vehicle.(snow tires and snow chains or snow socks)
Possibility to park below in case of heavy snowfall.

Sensationnelle ferme aménagée avec un goût très sure

Formidable ferme, spacieuse et très bien décorée (les photos ne rendent pas même justice à la réalité !) Localisation interessante car située à mi chemin entre les Stations de La Clusaz / Grand Bornan et le Lac d’Annecy de l’autre… Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et extrêmement respectueux de l’intimité de leurs hôtes ! Nous avons passé une très belle semaine dans d’excellentes conditions ! PS : attention à l’utilisation de la 3eme chambre qui reste tres « aérée » en hiver et réservée à un adulte (serrure individuelle). Le double capapé-lit du salon a eu notre préférence…

Uns hat die Lage und das Objekt sehr gut gefallen. Die Ausstattung top. Leider hatten wir Pech mit dem Wetter. Wir konnten somit die wohlige Wärme des Ofens noch mehr genießen.

Amazing mountain views

We spent a lovely week here in August. The property is spacious, cool and well-equipped. Loved the outdoor grill, used it most evenings. The views from the house are just beautiful. We'd love to return.

Beautiful property in ideal location

We had a fantastic week at Michel's beautiful chalet. It is much larger than the you think from the pictures and is beautifully crafted with a very high standard of equipment. We loved staying in the property for many reasons but particularly enjoyed the outside space where we cooked , ate and the children played. The chalet felt very private and the location is wonderfully scheduled yet not far at all from Thones and Lake Annecy. I would highly recommend staying and we will visit again. Thank you very much Michel!

Kann ich nur wärmstens empfehlen: Herzliche, unkomplizierte Gastgeber. Die Wohnung ist sehr liebevoll renoviert worden und es fehlt an nichts. Wer es ruhig und abseits vom Trubel haben möchte, ist hier genau richtig. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Agréable séjour

Maison dans laquelle on se sent bien dès l'arrivée, à environ 10mn de Thones, dans le calme de la montagne. Pour les amateurs de fromage, c'est le pays du reblochon ! Semaine entre randonnées, visite d'Annecy et des alentours, de son lac et baignades. La semaine est passée trop vite ! Encore merci pour l'accueil. Au plaisir de revenir !

Accueil très sympa. Un intérieur fonctionnel, joli et chaleureux. Le piano (gazinière 6 feux plus four) est idéal pour préparer à manger. Cette propriété de montremont a été pour toute la famille un lieu idéal pour passer des vacances enneigées ! A recommander !

Une semaine de rêve pour les amoureux de la nature. Maison située au cœur de la montagne avec une vue magnifique sur les sommets. La maison est superbement décorée et on s'y sent dessuite bien grâce à l'accueil très chaleureux des propriétaires Karine et Michel. Nous y reviendrons c'est certain.

More beautiful than the pictures!

We stayed with 6 adults in this warm and cosy house during last Chrismas. We fell at home immediatly, everything was present and the interior of this old farm is restaurated with love and craftmanship. The owners are very welcoming and the house is surrounded by silence and beautiful nature! We defenitly come back here!

Nous avons adoré séjourner dans cette ferme savoyarde ! Chalet situé en montagne, au calme, sans vis à vis. Les propriétaires vivent au dessus du logement, très discret et sympathique ! Le chalet était impeccable, vue imprenable, loin de la circulation et des touristes. Le centre ville est à 5 mn en voiture. De nombreuses randonnées sont accessibles depuis le chalet. Nous sommes très satisfait de cette location. Si nous pouvions suggérer des axes d'améliorations, elles seraient les suivantes : - Des prospectus ou un cahier détaillant les différentes activités du coin ont manqué à notre arrivée, cependant la propriétaire nous a très bien conseillé. - Des rideaux à la porte vitrée de la salle de bain, et à la chambre située à l'extérieur de la maison, (petite chambre, peu de rangements). Je recommande fortement ce chalet. Nous y retournerons c'est certain !
