Centrally located and across the road from Kauai’s premier retail destination – Kukui`ula Village, the most exciting Kauai shopping and dining destination in Poipu.

PARRISH PROFESSIONAL CLEAN – Built Upon the Vacation Rental Management Association (VRMA) “Safe Home” cleaning program, we further expanded our existing high standard of housekeeping at our properties where hospital-grade cleaning products and protocols were already in use. Our goal by layering on the recommended new steps is to provide our guests assurance and peace of mind that when they stay at any Parrish Kauai property that every effort was made to ensure a high level of cleanliness, sanitation and disinfection.

Great Stay, far too short!

The unit is well appointed, very comfortable and conveniently located. The staff were great, especially Nowella (sp) the Day manager. When next we visit Kauai we will definitely return to Waikomo Stream Villas!

Great if wanting to fix your own meals

Well stocked kitchen! Would not recommend for stay in August as there is not air conditioning and the bedroom was too warm for sleeping. Its probably great the rest of the year.

While August can be a warm month, we provide standing fans and there are ceiling fans in each room to help cool things down. Additionally, this end unit has many side windows, which also let the breezes blow through the unit day and night. We are sorry that it was a little warmer than usual, and we hope to host you again.

Nice Unit but had some issues

The property was very nice but there were too many threatening notes around the unit. (Use these old towels or we will charge you if you take makeup off with the good ones, don’t get locked out or we will charge you, take your shoes off, run fan in bathroom when using dryer even though the fan didn’t work. get out by ten and send us a message.oh and Take out the trash, put the towels in the bathroom Floor and run the dishwasher. Pretty sure we paid a cleaning fee. It just seemed a little overboard. Also thought it was odd that we weren’t allowed to use the gate at the back of the property on the ocean side since most guest would be going to the ocean side. Shelves in refrigerator had glass missing. Perhaps remove the shelf rather than leaving it in without glass. If you indicate you provide towels for the beach, you should probably have more than two. We pack based on what is included and we definitely should have brought some extra beach towels. We have stayed in a number of VRBOs before but this one seemed excessive on the instructions. We Liked the space in the unit and the grounds but probably wouldn’t stay again due to the items listed above.

Big unit in a lush spot

The unit is huge with a large lanai and comfortable bed. The kitchen was well setup and had everything we needed. The pool area was excellent for relaxing and the grounds are lush and beautiful. The foliage around the unit has grown in significantly since these photos were taken which provides shade to the lanai but also doesn't let much of a breeze through and makes the unit feel dark. The unit is just off Poipu Rd which makes it convenient to nearby amenities but also means you can hear traffic noise. If that isn't something that bothers you, then this spot is great and a reasonable price for the area!

Property is beatiful. Condo is perfect for 2. Has just about everything you need, including kitchenware. Lanai is huge. Not a huge fan of carpet in a house that is near sand, but whatever. You’re in Kauai.. who cares! : )

Quiet nice stay

The unit was clean and crazy large for the two of us. The bed was comfy and at night it was surprisingly quiet for a deep sleep. The roosters start early but that is part of the charm of Kauai. The area was perfect and easy walk to food, coffee, shopping and water. The only missed area was the outside patio of the unit. The table and chairs were old and it was not a welcoming space. The patio was huge and a missed opportunity to make it a happy, comfortable place to enjoy. Eating and enjoying a morning coffee out there would have been very nice. Add some comforts and personality and it will be elevated to a much nicer space.
