We loved the location. Easy stroll to shipwreck beach and Poipu beach. We enjoyed the pool and the evening strolls thru the walkways close by. The grand Hyatt is literally a stones throw away. The bed was comfortable and the space worked well for my husband and I.

very near hyatt & ship wreck beach 5 min stroll-can use amenities of hotel-bar cafes etc. top notch golf 5 min drive poipu bay-beautiful ocean views on back 9. Host very friendly and helpful—whole island is very very accessible. would stay there again

The air conditioner worked fine. There wasn't a kitchen. There was a hot plate, refrigerator, rice cooker and gas grill. There were also some basic dishes. This was all (except the grill) paty of the kitchen.

Description in vrbo of the rental unit was very accurate. It is very nice and clean and very convenient. It is close to the shopping and restaurants, 5 min walk to Shipwreck Beach and Grand Hyatt Hotel. Very close to Poipu Beach. Kevin is a great host and always there if you have any questions. Overall a great place to stay for your vacation in Kauai.

Beautiful

This was a lovely place to stay during our visit. The AC was great, as were all the amenities. It's a bummer that the hot tub was under repair when we stayed there, but it was a great stay, and I would highly recommend it.

Our stay was great. Kevin, our host could not have been more cordial and helpful. Our suite had everything we needed/wanted and more. The common are garden and koi pond were stunning. We hope to go back in the future.

A lovely quiet spot in Poipu

We enjoyed the location, beauty and peacefulness of this property. The apartment was well equipped and comfortable. The listing was accurate, communication good and location was very good for our nearby conference and daily outings.

We loved this property so much last year, we decided to come back again this year.The host, Kevin is warm and welcoming plus knowledgable about what to do and where to find the best dinning.The location is perfect, as it is close to several beaches, with nice running/walking pathways to view the sunrise/sunset and enjoy the breeze from the ocean. The rooms are nestled in your own personal garden with water features.AC works great too!

Kevin and his property allowed us to have such a relaxing time at Kauai. He was very responsive and the amenities such as the hot tub, beach supplies, and laundry were very helpful. He also granted us a late checkout which allowed us to squeeze in one more beach before our departure. I’ll be recommending my friends to this Vrbo whenever they visit Kauai. Thanks so much Kevin, you’re a great host and we loved your place!

We enjoyed our stay overall. The location is excellent—walking distance to the Hyatt and the beach—and we really appreciated that the host provided beach and snorkel gear. Just a heads up for future guests: the hot tub and swinging chair are in the communal area, not private to the unit. During our stay we did run into quite a few bugs inside, which we had to manage. Otherwise, a convenient spot with some thoughtful touches from the host.

The previous reviews say it all. We are a couple in their 70’s here for 11 days with friends who live in a different state who were at the the Grand Hyatt. Close to Brennecke and Poipu beach( 15 minute walk) .75 mile. We used the cooking equipment and grill, they were great. Comfortable bed, AMAZING showers. I have long hair, like to snorkel and swim so I washed my hair a lot. I appreciated a shower that could rinse it! We used the hot tub almost every day with a cup of coffee in the morning. I found a yoga mat in the garage - a gift for mornings on the floor.

Beautiful room and garden courtyard near the conference hotel. I'm glad the Hyatt was booked up-- this was better! Host has thought of everything. Even happened to have my favorite shampoo, Nexxus, in the gorgeous stone shower. I would stay here again for sure.
