The location is good. The condition of the condo was good, but it could use a deep clean. If staying here, I would strongly recommend bringing bath towels and wash cloths. There were 3 of us staying 5 nights, and 4 wash cloths were furnished in the condo. When I asked if we could get more, I was told I would need to wash them and reuse them. There is no washer and dryer in the condo, only a laundry room on 2 floors that you have to pay to use.

Thank you for the positive feedback and after a busy summer season we agree that a deep clean is needed and we've already scheduled one. Just to add a little context regarding the towels, we mentioned that cleaning service nor towel service are included nor advertised with the listing and that having towels exchanged would require us to be charged an entirely new cleaning fee. With that said we will definitely take your feedback into consideration and discuss providing more towels with our cleaning service.

Beautiful view, spacious, better for younger people or in shape older adults due to a long walk for older adults. But we have no complaints.

We agree that it would be best to include in our posting that it is a corner unit that requires a lengthier walk from the elevator than other units in the complex. We want to make sure that is transparent for those who may have difficulty with longer walks.

The view from this lovely condo is wonderful. The host is proactive with communication and goes out of his way to be accommodating. Restaurants and retail are within a quick mile walk. We'd stay here again!

Great location and owners were easy to contact. The cookware definitely needs to be upgraded. Teflon scratching off of most of it a number of the cabinet doors, etc. need repainting shows wear front door lock is a mess needs to be redone.Bathrooms are pretty tinyI pulled the air filter look like it had not been changed in probably a year I replaced it

Clean, great location, easy check in, safe gates entrance, private drive off of 98 where everything is located for destin area, condo is the perfect size for 5 people, easy access to the entire complex if in a wheelchair or scooter… worth the price!

Beautiful view, very comfortable stay

Condo was very comfortable, and relaxing. The view of the beach is amazing and wonderful to wake up to. Easy beach access, and the kids loved the tennis court. Highly recommend spending your vacation here.

Our stay at this property was great. We did have a AC failure during the stay and the owner representative answered our call and quickly took care of the issue. Great owner property and location we will be back.

Great ocean view and very clean condo. Little bit of a jaunt to the beach because of the location on the backside of the building on the 6th floor. Overall outstanding!

Destin Summer Vacation

Great condo on a pristine beach. My teenage kids and I really enjoyed our time, especially the beach and there was plenty to do. Definitely worth coming back again!
