We really enjoyed our stay. This place has a warm family beach cabin feeling. Arch Cape has a nice stretch of beach. It’s a nice place to relax in between the many hiking and beach going options. We loved it!
We had a wonderful stay at the cabin. So close to a beautiful beach. Arch Cape is the perfect spot for relaxing. Excellent communication with owners. Would definitely stay here again
This was a cute little place perfect for my family. We stayed 3 nights with 3 adults and two children. The entrance to the beach was only a few houses down the road and the beach was perfection.
We had an amazing time at this beach house! It was very comfortable. The closeness to Cannon Beach and Seaside was also great! A quick little walk to the beach from the house and amazing views of the ocean from the house. We will definitely stay here again.
We had a wonderful stay at this cozy beach cottage. The kitchen was well stocked and use of the laundry facilities was easy and very helpful after a day at the beach. It's an easy drive to explore nearby Cannon Beach and Manzanita, and the beach just a short walk from the front door is lovely. This is a great place to stay to experience the North Oregon Coast.
We had a great time with our teen and dog! Relaxing, beautiful beach a tiny stroll away. We explored the area, great home base for zip lining, restaurants, Tillamook.
We enjoyed being so close to the beach and were extremely comfortable. The home was lovely and clean and easy to access. No migraine-trigger smells. A great experience.

Cozy and great location
We had another great stay at this cabin. It is cozy and a perfect size for our family of 4. There is a view of the ocean from the back deck and the beach access is very close. It could use a little updating but for the price it is a great deal. We will definitely come back.
Loved the cabin. Very comfortable beds with plenty of blankets and pillows. Very clean. Kitchen is fully stocked with lots of appliances and lots of spices and oil. Great view from the deck.
Perfect little place for the family.
A clean, simple, vintage cabin on a quiet stretch of coast. Very comfortable for people and dogs! Lots of dogs in the neighborhood, everyone cleaned up after themselves and no one was fussy. A very easy 2 minute walk to the beach. Several times we had the beach to ourselves, even over the 4th of July holiday! Easy drive to Manzanita and Cannon Beach. We had a wonderful time!

Arch Cape Gem
Well stocked cabin. Quick walk to the beach. The cabin is nicely furnished and had enough chairs and beds for six but I think you'd be really crowded worth more than 4. Great peekaboo view of the ocean. Arch Cape is a nice, quiet, picturesque beach. Cannon Beach is a short drive for dining or supplies
Stayed for a week, was nicer than we were expecting -- newer furniture, lots of kitchen supplies (plenty of plates/silverware to multiple meals -- though no dishwasher so lots of hand washing)
Just a few minutes walk to the beach, which was very nice, not a very busy beach area even with great weather the whole time.
I really enjoyed my stay at Kinsley cabin. It was my husband and I, and my two girls, ages 21 and 11. The cabin was clean and very well stocked with anything I could have needed. The kitchen had good quality cooking gear, appliances and plenty of dishes. There was no dishwasher machine, but everyone pitched in to wash them by hand and cleanup went quickly.
Additionally, the beach access was super close and easily walkable. I would definitely rent here again!
We found communication with the owner/ manager to be top notch, she was very responsive and kind.
This small house has a homey cottage feel with GREAT beach access and while the view feels peek a boo it is very good from the patio especially for being a second tier home.
I want to give a special shout out for cleanliness and comfortable beds! The bedding and mattresses are 5* hotel quality, very much appreciated.
This is stunning location for families who cannot afford front row ocean rentals. The beach access is exactly the same and the view is good. We spent most of our time on the beach and walking the cute neighborhood with our dogs so the clean house and comfortable beds meant everything!
We are frequent visitors to Arch Cape and found the weather pleasant, not hot or cold during our stay in June. It was a good time to visit.

Overall, great beach cabin
Nice cabin and just a short walk to the beach. Arch Cape is a beautiful, quiet beach just minutes from Cannon Beach but without all the "noise". The cabin is nicely furnished and very comfy. Peekaboo ocean views. While the cabin is furnished for 6, I don't think you want more than four adults here. My only complaint is that the description says there are two queen beds. They are double beds (I measured). This may not be a problem for most people, but my husband and I are both really tall (he is 6'8") and we make choices based on bed sizes. If we had been here with other people, it could have been a real issue. Other than that I would highly recommend the cabin.
We had such a wonderful week at the Kindley Cabin! It was the perfect, restful retreat. The cabin was comfortable and well-stocked. I loved the time on the deck, watching and listening to the ocean and birds. The Arch Cape beach is spectacular. During low tide, the walk to Hug Point makes a beautiful, long beach walk, including tide pools and caves. The area is not crowded at all. It was easy to let my dog off leash on the beach. If you want more activity, Manzanita and Cannon Beach are close by. But I appreciated the solitude and peace.
The adequate little house had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway to enjoy the beach. It was a short walk to the beach and we brought our own firewood for beach fires. Our puppy was welcome and enjoyed the stay, also.
Clean and comfortable cottage with lovely back deck that affords a view of Castle Rock.
We loved the location, the light and pleasant living space, the deck and garden, and the nearness to a beach access. The hosts were very quick to reply to our questions. The kitchen is well equipped too. We will stay again!
This house had everything three adults needed to be comfortable. The view is better than the photos depict. We had a wonderful stay.

Great location / desperately needs updates
The cottage is in a great location and we really enjoyed walking to the beach. The parts that need attention is the living room furniture, couch and large chair. We were unable to sit in them. The cushions we so lumpy when I sat down next to my husband I rolled into a hole. It was impossible to use. Next was the kitchen. It really needs an update with the counters and floors. It’s not really rustic it’s old and falling apart, which gives the impression of unclean. One other suggestion is to let people know what time of year that the birds nest on the porch. The welcome book at the cottage explains about the birds and not to disturb them, but online it does not. I was disappointed that I could not sit on the porch and have my coffee or watch the sunset, that was a big selling point for me was the porch. I really loved the location and if these items were addressed I would rent again.
