About this property

180 m2/1800 sq ft OCEAN VIEW condo fully equipped (fridge, microwave, oven, coffee machine, plates and utensils).
Full use of Westin Hotel & Resort amenities ( swimming pool, jacuzzi, AC exercise room, towels and linens).
Units can fit up to 8 people. 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one in master bedroom), sofa bed and a laundry room. Satellite TV with flat screen in each room.
Master bedrooms have a king bed and en suite powder room and bathroom, second and third bedroom have a queen bed and en suite bathroom.
Available on site are 2 restaurants, spa. Room cleaning service in the middle of the stay ($for extra), car rental on site. Parking space specially for the Dawn Beach occupants. Only 10 mins away from Philipburg and 15 mins away from the airport Marigot and Pelican bay.
Not available week 50 to 52 and presidents day.

Dawn Beach Club

We had an amazing stay at the Dawn Beach Club! The unit was very nice and clean exactly as the pictures showed. It had all the comforts of home but with a stunning view! We liked the beach and pool area staff at the Pool Bar were so friendly and helpful. We highly recommend Dawn Beach Club and would definetly stay here again, it was a fabulous 2 week vacation.
