Enjoy the View of the Ocean & the Fresh Smell of the Healthy Sea Air. Our units are located directly on the Ocean Front with no obstruction. The adjacent Brand New 5-Star JW Marriott is now Open. Our condo unit has full rights to all of the JW Marriott hotel amenities, including their Spa, Gym, Bars & Restaurants. There are three on-site restaurants: Caribbean style, Mediterranean cuisine & International flavors. As well as a hotel lobby bar & swim up poolside bar. There is also food served outside at the large resort pool during the day. Also on-site is the Hibiscus Spa, 24-hour fitness center, yoga classes, aerobics, a supervised children's playroom & a cooking school. The resort also plans for activities during each week with a different entertainment theme for our guests enjoyment.

This property was a pleasant surprise! The accommodations were lovely and spacious and the location was ideal. Beautiful beachfront outside your door and all of the amenities of the hotel available to guests. Highly recommend this property.

I have been employed in the Washington, D.C. public accounting arena since 1983 and have been published in many nationally known publications. I have three children, and in my off time enjoy golf, fitness and scuba diving.

Why they chose this property

This place is magical. The view is spectacular and the waves on the beach are very calm. The surf breaks 100 yards off the shore, so it's safe for the kids to swim as well.

What makes this property unique

It is extremely private. My units are located in Buildings A B & C on the far end of an exclusive beach. There are hills and rocks to the right of the view making it so that walkers cannot pass by. There are no peddlers to bother you since its a secure facility.
