Each house is independent with private garden and terrace. Not overlooked. Only the entrance to the property is common.
A beautiful, well-heated swimming pool area (from April / May to the end of September) facing the sea is shared with the other 2 villas.
The villa is located in a private, secure domain, just 400 meters from the beaches, restaurants, local services and mini-market.
A privileged location, reserved parking, walking or cycling tours from the house.
The very close shops, accessible on foot, and the small port of ISSAMBRES with the departure of maritime shuttles to SAINT TROPEZ.
