Emplacement au top

Appartement super bien situé, nous avons pu faire beaucoup de choses à pieds. Resto, carrefour, boulangerie, boucher, tabac et surtout plage à porté de main. Le seul bémol le manque de ventilateur dans l'appartement. Le propriétaire à passé commande lors de notre séjour. À voir si présent pour les futurs loueurs. Manque un peu de propreté niveau tapis et linges. Sinon bon accueil (expéditif mais suffisant). Appartement grand pour une famille de 3 ou 4. Maison calme. Parkings présents dans la cour, le plus, quand vous avez prit une location voiture. Vue de l'appartement, au top. Pas de vis à vis.Je conseil vraiment cet appartement. Rustique mais très fonctionnel.

Hätte schön sein können, aber...

Der Vermieter vermietet eigentlich nicht mehr über Homelydays, daher wird ihn die Bewertung nicht kümmern... Positiv war: - die Küche ist gut ausgestattet - die Wohnung hat ihren Charme - der Bäcker in der Nähe ist sehr gut und freundlich - schöne Strände in der Umgebung und die wunderschöne Stadt Bayonne mit dem Auto gut erreichbar (der fußläufige Strand ist so mittel) Negativ war: - der Vermieter war unfreundlich, vermietet nach eigener Aussage, weil er und sein Bruder das Haus sonst nicht halten können und ist der Meinung, dass nur die Mieter fürs Putzen zuständig sind (stand so nicht in der Annonce...), also steht ein beeindruckendes Arsenal an Putzmitteln zur Verfügung. Da aber die Mieter im besten Fall ihren eigenen Dreck wegmachen (Wir machten darüber hinaus auch noch am Anfang den fremden Dreck weg, um uns wohler zu fühlen), ist das Appartement leider - sehr staubig (und die Fenster und in den Ecken, wo Mieter nun wirklich nicht putzen, weil sie eigentlich zum Urlaub machen da sind, auch wirklich schmutzig) und muffig (womöglich mit Schimmelpilzen, wir mussten jedenfalls oft nießen und bekamen einen merkwürdigen Husten, obwohl die Fenster stets geöffnet waren) - Vermieter schläft im Zimmer nebenan (Man hört das Schnarchen und riecht den Zigarren- oder Zigarettenqualm) - Bruder des Vermieters wohnt im EG (stets offene Türen mit Blick auf das von Gerümpel überquellende Wohnzimmer) und raucht ebenfalls (Komisch, dass die Wohnung als Nichtraucherdomizil angeboten wird) - Straße vor dem Haus ist stark befahren, zum Glück gehen die Fenster zur Gartenseite (Hinter dem Haus ist ein Golfplatz, auf dem täglich (außer am Wochende) laute Mäh- oder sonstige Maschinen ab 8 Uhr morgens unterwegs sind (also nichts für Langschläfer) - Auschecken ist - anders als in der Anzeige angegeben - bereits um 10 Uhr, Sauberkeitskontrolle (da mussten wir wirklich herzlich lachen) am Ende... (Oh, Wunder, es war sauberer als zuvor, bis auf die Schmutzecken, um die sich vielleicht mal ein Profi kümmern sollte... - Bettsofa ist nicht mehr das jüngste Alles in allem hätten wir unseren Urlaub dort genossen, wenn der Vermieter etwas freundlicher gewesen wäre. Die Strände und Bayonne waren sehr schön. Als Urlaubsgegend zu empfehlen!

La nostra esperienza nei Paesi Baschi è stata valorizzata grazie all'abitazione del Sig, Bernard Eyheramendy. La sua cortesia e perfetta accoglienza , con i dovuti consigli dei luoghi da visitare, ci ha permesso di vivere una vacanza completa ! Il giardino è per i bambini, il relax è per i genitori ,la cornice di Anglet con le sue spiagge è il giusto equilibrio per una Vera Vacanza . L'abitazione offre tutto quello che serve e la pulizia la valorizza , abbiamo trovato un ambiente famigliare ,comodo e rilassante ! Grazie a Bernard per la Sua Squisita Cortesia.... Giovanni

Excellent accueil dans cette propriété familiale ancienne,divisée en appartements.Trés bien équipé en électroménager récent. Jardin superbe et très bien entretenu. Parking extérieur pour la voiture. Endroit calme, plaisant et plein de charme. Nous' recommandons cette location.

Mittelprächtig: drei von fünf Sternen

Zur Begrüßung ein Blumenstrauß, das macht einen guten Eindruck. Ankunft und Einchecken kein Problem, freundliche Atmosphäre. Leider mussten wir für Bettwäsche und Handtücher 35 € extra bezahlen (was wir noch nie mussten) und diese Handtücher waren schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Auch fand sich kein einziges Blatt Toilettenpapier und es roch recht muffig in der Wohnung. Das Bett war eine ausgeklappte Bettcouch, was auch zu bemängeln ist. Aber der Gasherd in der Küche war super und vollkommen unschlagbar ist der große und gepflegte Garten. Insgesamt mit allen zu bemängelnden Schwächen ein mittelprächtiges Domizil.

We had a lovely stay at Bernard's property.

The studio was well furnished and had everything we needed to prepare meals at home. The property has a lovely large garden which is very peaceful. It is in a central location, walking distance to the beach and a very short walk to local shops and restaurants. We loved our time here and would like to thank Bernard and his family for sharing their property with us. We will be back.
