Danielle provides high level executive hospitality services in the region and has a good understanding of traveler needs. Picture is taken from top of Temple Mountain high above, Lake Louise. Why Danielle Powell chose Canmore
This property is special due to its central location in the valley which affords panoramic views from almost every location in the condo. In addition we have curated a custom Canadian Rockies wall of art which for our guests which is a destination attraction in itself. The condo is modern, rustic, cozy and comfortable, we purchased it for the jaw dropping views which can be enjoyed from inside the condo through the two storey wall of windows.
What makes this Apartment unique
ZONED VACATION RENTAL - This unit is in a legal vacation rental tourist zone in Canmore. Canmore was well ahead of the vacation rental trend and implemented designated zoning for tourist units many years back. We pay a surcharge of city taxes as we are a short-term rental business in the designated tourist zone. This means you as a guest are fully permitted by the town of Canmore and its existing bylaws to stay in this short-term rental and will not experience any hassles during your stay. Many units and listings are not tourist zoned which can be potentially disruptive for your vacation. Understandably, within the neighbourhoods of Canmore people do not want tourists vacationing next door. Situated in the heart of the downtown core away from the Trans Canada highway, it is the best tourist zoned location in Canmore. Banff townsite does not have any legal approved vacation rental units. NATIONAL PARK PASS: We provide a National Park Pass in the condo which is great value for our guests. However, we cannot guarantee it will be there as guests sometimes it is not returned.
