Sunny and cool villa on two levels, air-conditioned, tastefully decorated, quiet and comfortable, with a superb sea view over the Bay of Giens. The villa is located 50 meters from the picturesque little port of Les Barques, accessible via a private passageway, and also 50 meters from two kitesurfing schools and the Ulysse Club diving school. The long sandy beach of Almanarre is a 5-minute drive away. Surrounded by hills, nature, and the sea, with parking for two cars in front of the villa.
You will also enjoy two terraces and a balcony with sea views, offering both sun and shade, a large enclosed garden divided into two sections (one facing the sea, the other facing the hills), sun loungers and relaxation areas, and several dining spaces.
Maximum capacity: 8 people and 1 baby. From July 5th to August 30th, rentals are exclusively by full week, from Saturday to Saturday. Thank you for your understanding.
Please ask for your permission if you wish to bring a pet. Linens are not provided. The end-of-stay cleaning fee of €160 will be paid directly to the person responsible for the reception area and the check-in and check-out inventory.
Main level: a spacious living area with an open-plan kitchen, lounge area, dining area, and office space, opening onto a balcony with sea and garden views, offering complete privacy. One large bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, double vanity, and walk-in shower, and a separate toilet.
On the ground floor, three bedrooms accessible via an internal staircase: one bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 cm) and toilet, one bedroom with a double bed, and one bedroom with two single beds. Each bedroom has its own glass door (with shutters) opening onto the garden terrace (with an outdoor shower). Also on the ground floor are a laundry room, a shower room (sink and shower), and a separate toilet.
All bedding is new and of excellent quality.
In the village, you'll find all shops and services, bars and restaurants, seasonal entertainment, and a market on Tuesday mornings. Hyères is 8 km away, offering supermarkets, etc.

A very "natural" peninsula (protected site), coastal footpaths, and cycle paths (bike and rollerblade rentals available).
The islands nearby (ferry terminal 10 minutes away): Porquerolles, Port-Cros and its underwater trail, and Le Levant.
Long beaches: Almanarre, La Badine, and the beaches of Brégançon.
Numerous leisure parks and attractions nearby: Kinderparc (10 minutes), Speed Kart (10 minutes), Magic World (10 minutes), Aqualand (45 minutes), treetop adventure courses (45 minutes)...
Toulon: Old Town, Mont Faron, and boat tours of the harbor.
Toulon West of Toulon: Six-Fours, Île des Embiez, port of Le Brusc, Sanary, Bandol.
Cassis and its Calanques, Marseille, Aix-en-Provence: 1 to 1.5 hours by motorway.
The coast to the east: Gulf of Saint-Tropez, Grimaud, Ramatuelle, Gassin, etc.
The nearby hinterland: typical Provençal villages and the Maures mountains, crafts, pine forests, and vineyards.
