Rent apartment on the first floor proximity Virgilio spa.
The apartment has a large double bedroom with possibility of adding a third bed and TV. Bathroom with shower, hallway, large living area with fully equipped kitchen: fridge, oven, microwave, television, gas hob. In the living area there is a sofa bed. Large covered terrace with table and chairs .I allowed small pets. It does not provide linens.

Sehr saubere Wohnung, schlafmöglichkeiten genügend vorhanden. Nette Vermieter. Alles TOP, schöne Terrasse. Einziges Manko, es fehlt eine Waschmaschine, desshalb 4 Sterne.

La cucina e spaziosa e dispone sia di forno che di frigo e freezer.

Tolle Wohnung und super nette Vermieter!
Der Vermieter spricht zwar kein englisch, dennoch hat die Kommunikation gut funktioniert und das auch durch seinen Sohn, der englisch spricht und jederzeit für uns erreichbar war. Danke dafür!
Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und mit den wichtigsten Dingen ausgestattet (Töpfe, Pfanne, Geschirr...). Den TV haben wir nie benutzt, aber es war ein Sky-Reciever vorhanden. Die Wohnung war bei Ankunft sauber und aufgeräumt. Zudem waren Fahrräder vorhanden, die für kurze Strecken vollkommen ausreichend waren. Außerdem hat die Wohnung einen großen Außenbalkon auf dem man Abends gut verweilen konnte.
Zur Lage kann gesagt werden, dass die Landzunge Sirmiones super mit dem Fahrrad erreicht werden kann (15min), da parken hier sehr teuer werden kann und die Parkplätze immer sehr voll sind. Ansonsten fährt aus Colombare auch ein Shuttlebus für 1€, aber auch da muss man erstmal hinkommen. Sirmione ist für uns eine der schönsten Städte am See und deshalb war uns die Lage wichtig auch wenn das Haus nicht direkt am See liegt.
