Located on the first floor, of a single building, which only you and your family can enjoy, with full privacy from the moment you access the interior of the property. Independent garage, THREE BEDROOMS, with installation of smoke detection system and CO2, all with large closets, mirrors, AIR CONDITIONING AND HEATING SYSTEM, SMART TV and cable channels at no additional cost in the three bedrooms, with windows, where you can breathe the pure breeze of the Canaries; wiffi totally free 24 hours; In two of the bedrooms you will find extra-large beds with measures of 190 X 200 and in a third two single beds; independent kitchen, with large window, fully furnished, with oven, hob, and other utensils that you will need; two bathrooms, living room and dining room. Exactly what we wanted

Excellent 1st floor apartment and sun terrace the area is very hilly but well worth the 5 minute walk uphill to the restaurant which won a Michelin stars in 2010 and again in 2018 the food was absolutely delicious and at a very reasonable price the family that run it are superb. You couldn’t have a better host at the apartment she is brilliant and couldn’t do enough for you all in all it’s a quiet but lovely place with great views.

Wohlfühlen pur

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet und mit Allem ausgerüstet, was man in einer Ferienwohnung so braucht. Die Vermieter haben dafür gesorgt, dass Alles gut funktioniert. Nichts ist abgewohnt oder kaputt, die Bilder im Angebot entsprechen der Realität und sind aktuell.Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und haben auch während unseres Aufenthalts Tipps und Hilfe z.B. bei Restaurantbesuchen erhalten. Lismely und Yoel sind sehr hilfsbereit und reagieren sofort. Ich werde diese Unterkunft auf jeden Fall wieder buchen und kann sie uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Sehr schön und sehr angenehm

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Sehr freundliche Gastgeber. Wir konnten eher in die Ferienwohnung, da unser Flieger schon Mittag landete. Ebenfalls durften wir am Abreisetag die Wohnung länger nutzen. Die Kommunikation war über WhatsApp sehr gut. Dank Google Translator auch kein Problem Spanisch-Deutsch. Die Zimmer und die schöne Dachterasse entsprechen wirklich den schönen Fotos. Es war alles liebevoll vorbereitet mit kleinen Nettigkeiten ( Wasser, Flasche Wein ect. ) Sehr nett und aufmerksam. Die Lage war für uns ideal. Nicht in den Tourismus Hochburgen. Zwischen Meer mit baden und den Bergen mit wandern. Uns haben die jeweiligen Autofahrten nicht gestört. Vielen Dank an Lismely und Yoel. Wir würden wiederkommen.

Super--Wohnung und Gastgeber👍

Beste Gastgeber die wir kennen 👍die Wohnung war sehr sauber und mit vielen kleinen Aufmerksamkeiten hergerichtet. Wir fühlten uns sofort wie zu Hause. Die Stadt ist etwas kleiner und man braucht immer das Auto, aber das war uns egal denn wir haben es genossen mal wieder nur unter Spanier zu sein. Toller Aufenthalt in Casa Yoel

Der Aufenthalt in Casa Yoel war ein voller Erfolg! Die Kommunikation vor der Anreise erfolgte via Whatsapp. Die Wohnung wurde extra schnell von den Vorgänger gereinigt, damit wir so schnell wie möglich in die Wohnung konnten (eigentlich 16h). Wir wurden nett empfangen und uns wurde alles gezeigt. Neben einem netten Empfang war der Kühlschrank gefüllt mit Getränken und auf auf dem Küchentisch war einige Sachen zum verzehren. Danke dafür!! Zur Wohnung ist zu sagen, dass man schon ein Mietwagen haben sollte. Empfiehlt sich aber sowieso auf Teneriffa um die Gegend zu erkunden. Das Haus ist sehr funktionell und es ist alles da, was man so braucht. Ein besonderes Highlight ist die Dachterasse, die zum Sonnen, grillen und relaxxen einlädt. Ein Aufenthalt in Casa Yoel ist sehr zu empfehlen :)

Wunderschöner Kurzurlaub und tolle Vermieter

Das Casa Yoel war wirklich ein Glücksgriff. Es ist modern und super eingerichtet, alles vorhanden was benötigt wird. Unser Urlaub auf Teneriffa in diesem Haus hat mit einer sehr herzlichen Begrüssung angefangen. Die Vermieter sind super hilfsbereit und haben mit kleinen liebevollen Aufmerksamkeiten / Willkommens-Überraschungen den Urlaubsstart noch einfacher gestaltet. Die Dachterrasse lädt zum Entspannen und Relaxen ein, außerdem kann man wunderbar darauf Frühstücken oder Grillen. Der Ausblick ist fantastisch, auf der einen Seite das Meer und auf der anderen die Berge. Das Haus selber liegt in ruhiger Lager und ist super als Startpunkt zum Wandern geeignet. Ein Auto ist auf jeden Fall hilfreich und da eine Garage vorhanden ist, gibt es auch kein Parkproblem. In Granadilla gibt es auch eine tolle Tapas Bar „Tasca La Cantera“, die ist wirklich sehr empfehlenswert. Alles in Allem was es ein wunderschöner Urlaub und wir haben die Zeit hier genossen. Das Haus und die Gegend sind auf auf jeden Fall weiterzuempfehlen. Herzlichen Dank und liebe Grüße an Lismely und Yoel.

Wunderschönes Haus

Wir haben als vierköpfige Familie einen sehr schönen Urlaub auf der Insel Teneriffa gehabt. Die Casa Yoel erwies sich dabei als Glückstreffer. Von Granadilla aus kann man die Insel in alle Himmelsrichtungen erkunden. Ein Mietauto ist dabei hilfreich. Das Auto konnten wir in einer Garage im Keller des Ferienhauses unterbringen. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und modern und praktisch eingerichtet. Alles ist vorhanden, wirklich alles von der Waschmaschine bis zum Fön, bis hin zum Sonnenschirm für den Strand und auch eine Tischtennisplatte. Die drei Schlafzimmer haben alle Klimaanlage und Fernseher. Granadilla liegt etwa 650m hoch, das Klima ist perfekt. Man wohnt mitten im Dorf und doch wunderbar ruhig. Wir haben jeden Morgen auf der Dachterrasse gefrühstückt, einfach herrlich. Von dort hat man einen schönen Blick zum Meer. Oft konnten wir Gran Canaria sehen. Auf der anderen Seite waren die Berge zu sehen. In Granadilla gibt es mehrere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, die auch teilweise sonntags geöffnet haben. Zum Baden können wir den Strand Playa Tejia am Montana Roja empfehlen. Es lohnt sich auch diesen Montana Roja zu besteigen. Die 177 m sind gut zu Fuß machbar und man hat einen herrlichen Ausblick vom Gipfel. Wer das richtige spanische Leben entdecken möchte, sollte sich zum Beispiel auf den Weg nach El Medano machen oder das schöne und höchst gelegene Dorf Villaflor besuchen. Wir haben die Touristen Hochburgen germieden und uns auch Santa Cruz angesehen. Wir können kein Wort spanisch, aber wir konnten uns immer verständigen, da die Einwohner sehr freundlich und aufgeschlossen sind. Lismely und Yoel haben uns herzlich empfangen und sich rührend um uns gekümmert. Vielen lieben Dank dafür!!!

Cute apartment with great features

Thanks to Lismely and Yoel's hospitality we had a vey comfortable stay in their apartment. Travelling with two families and 2 babies, we found 2 children chairs, beds toys and even bathtubs for the little ones which was very much appreciated. The bedrooms and kitchen are complete and the roof terrace is a playground for small and big people.Not to forget the spacious garage to keep the rental car safe. The location is great for mountain activities and beach fun alike. Restaurants, bakery and supermarket are within reach and if something is needed, the owners know where to go. Definitely a place to come back to.

Un encanto!!

Somos una familia italiana y hemos alquilado esa casa para 2 semanas. Fue todo perfecto!! La casa es grande, nueva, muy bonita, impecablemente limpia y bien amueblada y con un maravilloso atico. Tiene todo lo que se necesita y tambièn màs, como agua, fruta, champan... Se encuentra a 15 minutos del mar, entonces es muy comoda. Y los proprietarios sono muy agradables, simpaticos y nos han permitido hacer una vacaciòn tranquila y bonita. Entonces gracias por todo!!

Location à recommander

Accueil soigné pour cette location à Granadilla. Les propriétaires sont sympathique et à l'écoute malgré le problème de la langue. Le logement est préparé avec beaucoup de soins et de nombreuses petites attentions. Idéalement situé par rapport à l'aéroport et pour visiter l'île. Le logement est aménagé avec goût et une superbe terrasse avec vue mer, montagne pour profiter d'agréables repas autour du barbecue ou pour des moments de détente entre le coin salon, le coin transats. C'est sans réserve que nous recommandons ce logement. Merci à nos hôtes Yoel et Limesly qui se sont rendus disponible avant et pendant notre séjour dans un temps record. Preciosa casa y propietarios encantadores

Hemos pasado el puente y estamos muy contentas por la eleccion. La casa es espaciosa y moderna, con amplias habitaciones, camas y almohadas muy comodas, limpieza excelente, atico con preciosa barbacoa y vistas espctaculares. Los anfitriones muy antentos en todo momento, muy amables y educados, te facilitan cualquier cosa y en la llegada nos recibieron con varios detalles como botella de vino, champan y fruta. Personalmente a la casa no le falta de nada, cualquier detalle lo tenia... Destacar el trato de la anfitriona por su simptia y amabilidad. Una casa totalmente recomendable 100%

Die Wohnung ist wirklich sehr schön. Alles noch neu, sehr gepflegt und sauber. Die Terrasse ist ein Traum mit Blick sowohl zum Wasser hin als auch in Richtung Berge. Sehr bequeme Betten und in der Küche befindet sich alles Nötige. Die Eigentümer sind sehr hilfsbereit, ohne jedoch dabei aufdringlich zu sein. Sehr schön waren auch die kleinen "Willkommens-Überraschungen" - eine Flasche Wein, Saft, Milch, Bananen, Tee etc. Für das Auto steht eine Garage zur Verfügung. Wir haben unseren Urlaub hier sehr genossen und können diese Wohnung absolut weiter empfehlen.

Fuimos muy afortunados en haber tenido a huéspedes como Eva y su familia. Sois personas maravillosas, serias, pero sobre todo, limpias y ordenadas. Dejaron mi casa impecable. Gracias por haber cuidado tanto de mi casa, por haberla dejado tan brillante, gracias por habernos elegido, fue un verdadero placer haberlos tenido en casa, siempre serán bienvenidos. Parfait!

Très belle location, moderne, avec une terrasse agréable, grande. Les propriétaires sont très gentils. Rien à redire, c'est juste parfait pour des vacances tranquilles à Tenerife. Les plages ensoleillées et abritées du vent de Los Cristianos sont à 20 min en voiture.

Schöne Große Wohnung mit Terasse und Meerblick

Eine schöne große und helle Wohnung mit einer großen Terrasse, ideal zum Frühstücken oder grillen. Die Wohnung ist mit allem was man braucht ausgestattet, in der Nähe sind einige Geschäfte und Cafes. Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Vermieter.

Große, saubere Wohnung mit riesen Terasse und Meerblick

Sehr nette Vermieter, sehr schöne Wohnung mit Garage in Ruhiger Lage und Geschäften in der Nähe. Die Terrasse ist perfekt für das Frühstück, auserdem gibt es eine Grillmöglichkeit.
