Studio by the sea in Peniche
The studios of Casa Alegria are located in the picturesque district of Peniche, the "Fisher's city" at the entry of the city, at 100m from the Beach which goes from the large bay which extends from Peniche of Cima until Baleal.
Access to all facilities by foot. Cafes 10m, 50m Take Away - Barbecue, Intermarché and Lidl being 150 and 300m. 50m Public Garden with playground an Tennis. Surf lessons available at 150m.
Studio with privative terrace with double bed and 1 a sofa bed for 2 little people, private bathroom/showers .
Provided with bed linen, bath towels, cleaning products, dishes, microwave, stove with four burners, refrigerator - freezer, TV LED, hair drier with diffuser 2200W, toaster, blender, fan, coffee machine, iron and board.
Backyard 20m2 with BBQ, table and garden chairs, parasol.
Come on holiday only with your personal stuff!
Laundry Common / shared: washing machine and drying machine at the price of 0.50€ to 1/2 hour, vacuum cleaner.
Mountain biking on request

O estúdio é exatamente como nas fotos. Embora de pequenas dimensões está totalmente equipado para a vida quotidiana. Espaço do pátio muito agradável e arejado.( Pena os vizinhos de cima sacudirem a areia das toalhas para lá. ...) Excelente localização, zona calma, mas com tudo "à mão ". Alguma dificuldade em estacionar próximo da casa.

Extremamente bem localizada
A casa é muito prática, tem o indispensável para uma estadia. A Rafaela e a Sylvia estão sempre contactáveis e disponíveis para ajudar no esclarecimento de qualquer dúvida e se algo é necessário o Alex não demora a resolver. Tenciono repetir no próximo ano! Não tenho dúvidas em recomendar este espaço.
