Located on the heights of the Testa in a dominant position, the villa, classified furnished with tourism 5 *, offers superb views of the bay of Pinarello, its Genoese tower and the needles of Bavella. The architect in charge of the project highlighted this exceptional situation through large openings and a distribution of spaces allowing family or friendly reunification while preserving the privacy of each. The villa offers on one level a large open space consisting of the kitchen with a dining area and a living room with a fireplace housed between rocks. The whole benefits from a very beautiful Light thanks to the multiple openings allowing a free circulation between the terraces and the infinity pool heated to 28 ° usable from April to the end of October. Each terrace has a different exposure allowing you to choose between sunbathing or napping in the shade. The bedrooms are spread over three levels: the master suite has a very nice bathroom and a dressing room as well as a terrace offering a view of the Genoese tower, the Cerbical Islands, and on a clear day Sardinia. Another level consists of 3 pretty bedrooms, a bathroom (with walk-in shower and bath) and a shower room. The 5th bedroom of 30 m2, on another level, is more specifically dedicated to children. It has 6 beds (2 single beds 2 pull-out beds 2 bunk beds) and its own shower room. The Villa is ideal for stays with family of several generations or with friends for moments of conviviality without being shy. The decoration is sober and neat. The villa is perfectly equipped for 12 people with dishes, various household robots, 1 American fridge plus an extra, wifi, hifi, television, relaxation chairs for the pool, 2 garden furniture, barbecue .... The garden consists of Corsican maquis and olive groves are particularly flowery (agapanthus, bougainvillea, oleanders, roses, hydrangeas, sentolines, etc.). A small path allows you to descend to the beach on foot, but it is also possible to park easily by car to the small beach of Vardiola.

Ein sehr schönes Haus mit einer tollen Ausstattung. Die Außenbereiche rund um das Haus sind schön gestaltet und es gibt einen atemberaubenden Ausblick in die Berge und die angrenzende Bucht. Die Abwicklung war problemlos und die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin verlief zügig und verbindlich.

Sehr großzügige Villa mit allem, was man braucht. Wir wurden äußerst freundlich aufgenommen und hatten jederzeit Unterstützung. Unsere beiden Labradore waren auch herzlich willkommen und wir hatten eine wunderbare, erholsame und luxuriöse Woche. Gerne kommen wir wieder.

Séjour familial dans un cadre super

Villa avec un charme fou et son environnement extraordinaire -plusieurs terrasses, variétés d'arbres et plantes exotiques- bien installée dans l'univers rocheux de son site. Très confortable par sa capacité d'accueil avec un nombre de chambres qui laisse de l'intimité à chaque couple et une chambre "dortoir" pour les ados, très appréciée. Piscine chauffée qui a régalé petits et grands malgré la fraîcheur de l'air cette dernière semaine d'avril. On gardera tous un excellent souvenir de cet endroit.

Perfektes Haus für einen Familienaufenthalt

Wunderschönes Haus mit ungewöhnlich durchdachter Ausstattung. Der Bäcker kommt morgens vorbei und bringt Baguette und Croissants. Man wartet auf ihn und hält dabei ein Schwätzchen mit den Nachbarn. Der Strand ist über eine Treppe schnell zu erreichen und der Blick vom Haus auf die Berge und das Meer wunderschön. Die Städte Porto Vecchio und Bonifacio sind leicht zu erreichen und auch ein Ausglug in die Berge lohnt. Wir haben die zwei Ferienwochen sehr genossen und können das Ferienhaus sehr empfehlen!!

Perfekter Urlaub mit Familie und Freunden

Wir haben eine wunderschöne Woche in diesem Haus verbracht. Wir waren insgesamt 10 Personen (8 Erwachsene und 2 Kleinkinder) und haben es voll genossen, wie viel Platz das Haus bietet. Es ist sehr gut ausgestattet und vor allem der Pool und die Terasse sind ein Traum. Durch die Absperrung am Pool, die sich super schnell aufstellen lässt, konnten auch die beiden Kleinkinder ohne Bedenken außen spielen und den Garten erkunden. Als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in alle Richtungen ist Pinarellu perfekt gelegen, die Traumstrände Pinarellu und San Ciprianu sind nur wenige Minuten im Auto entfernt und nadh Pinarellu kann man einen wunderschönen Strandspaziergang unternehmen. Jeden Morgen fährt ein Auto mit Bäckerware direkt vor das Haus (auch im September!) und nach einer Woche Urlaub hat man mit dem Fahrer einen neuen Freund gefunden. Die Übergabe des Hauses verlief reibungslos und sehr unkompliziert genauso die Rückgabe. Die Besitzerin ist sehr freundlich und bietet unglaublich viele informationen zu Unternehmungen in der Umgebung. Das Haus steht schon ein paar Jahre und das sieht man auch an der einen oder anderen Ecke, was dem Charme aber keinen Abbruch tut. Insgesamt haben wir hier eine wundervolle Woche verbracht und werden gerne wieder kommen! Herzlichen Dank an die Vermieterin :-)

Superbe!

La maison est très belle et dans un quartier calme. La vue est magnifique et apaisante. La piscine chauffée à 30 degrés était idéale pour un séjour en octobre! Restaurants, plages, supermarchés à 10 minutes en voiture. Nous espérons pouvoir revenir bientôt. Merci pour tout!

Tolles Ferienhaus,einmaliger Blick in die Berge und auf das Meer, traumhafte Terrassen idyllisch, sehr ruhig und sehr schöner beheitzter Pool. Ideal für Familien, da Pool auch abends leicht von Terrasse abtrennbar ist. Schöne große geräumige Zimmer und Bäder. Die schönen Strände, super Bäcker und Supermart sind mit dem Auto in 5 Minuten erreichbar. War ein traumhafter Urlaub mit zwei Familien mit insgesamt 10 Personen. Nous avons passè des magnifiques vacances dans cette jolie villa. Nous avons apreciè la belle vue au montagne et a la mer et le silence des terrasses de la villa. La piscine chaufèe etait un paradis pour nos enfant. Tout etait parfait!

wir hatten bisher noch kein Ferienhaus in vergleichbarer Ausstattung, vor allem was die Küche betrifft. Geniale Lage mit Sicht über die Bucht, ruhig und nur ein kurzer Fußweg zum Strand. Wir waren so begeistert, dass wir für nächstes Jahr schon reserviert haben.

Villa conçue pour profiter de l'environnement

Superbe villa idéale pour les grandes familles, nous étions 12, 6 adultes et 6 enfants et avions toute la place nécessaire. Les grandes baies vitrées permettent de voir un superbe paysage, mer et montagne, et nous avons apprécié la piscine encore chauffée fin octobre. La propriétaire et la personne qui nous a reçu à notre arrivée sont toutes les deux à l'écoute , très disponibles et de bons conseils. Nous recommanderons sans problème cette location à nos amis.

Nous avons passé 2 semaines en famille dans cette maison de charme. D'abord un peu incertain en ce qui concerne la situation de la villa dans un quartier residentiel, nous pouvons dire maintenant que c'est un endroit calme avec beaucoup d'intimité. Nous avons vraiment aprécié la piscine chauffée et la terrasse avec la vue splendide à la montagne et la baie de Pinarellu. Maison bien équipé - il nous a manqué de rien. Nous avons été totalement ébahi lors de notre arrivée dans cette magnifique villa perchée sur son rocher. C`est une maison qui a un charme fou , spacieuse avec une vue a couper le souffle sur la mer (jusque en Sardaigne) et la chaine des montagnes Corse. Tout était parfait et les dossiers mis a notre disposition ont a tous les niveaux (courses, restaurants, plages, ballades, excursions) été d'excellents conseils pour nous aider a découvrir les merveilles de l'ile de beau T. A la fin de notre séjour de 4 semaines dans cet endroit idyllique nous avons eu un immmense chagrin a devoir le quitter.

Nous avons passé deux semaines en famille trés agréables, la villa est bien située au calme, à 5 minutes à pieds de la plage et un petit peu en retrait de l'agitation et de l'affluence de Porto Vecchio au mois d'Aout. La villa est propre et bien entretenue, les extérieurs sont agréables ils offrents une très jolie vue sur les montagnes et la mer. L'endroit est idéal pour passer des vacances en famille.

Merveilleux séjour à trois générations !

Villa extrêmement bien conçue pour vivre dehors et profiter de la magie de la vue entre mer et montagne, du matin au soir. Propriétaire aux petits soins et contact sur place adorable. Précision, il y a une cafetière Nespresso en plus de la classique...à vos capsules !

Séjour parfait...

séjour très satisfaisant dans cette magnifique villa avec une vue imprenable sur les montagnes et la mer... Un véritable havre de paix où rien ne manque... Nous y avons passé deux semaines de rêves, les chambres sont confortables, les salles de bains parfaitement équipées, tout est ainsi fait pour partir à plusieurs en gardant son intimité... J'insiste sur la terrasse panoramique avec piscine qui offre des souvenirs à la pelle tant au coucher qu'au levé du soleil... Bref un endroit splendide! Note particulière aux propriétaires qui sont à l'écoute de la moindre question et dont la gentillesse n'a d'égal que la beauté de leur villa... La personne qui nous accueille sur place est elle aussi très sympathique, et sera vous guider vers les nombreux sites d'exceptions à proximité de la maison... Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir dans cet endroit...
