Staying at La Licina is like staying in an ancient Umbrian hamlet, with two separate and independent buildings divided by an alleyway with views towards the surrounding countryside. In the oldest of the two buildings, where the owners live, there is a small private chapel dating back to 1699.
The property is surrounded by four hectares of olive groves, as well as oak and hazel trees under which truffles grow.
Only two kilometers from La Licina is the city of Spoleto. Its very ancient history and the importance of its monuments, from both the early Middle Ages and the Renaissance, make it one of the main Umbrian touristic attractions.
There are two houses to rent.
La Ginestra has its own entrance from a secondary access road to the property. The main living space opens up to the terrace/garden and includes both seating and eating area with a kitchen created beneath an ample arch of bricks.
The two bedrooms, a twin and a double, are off a corridor have lovely views towards the Martani Mountains. One bathroom is fully equipped and includes a bathtub, the second bathroom with shower is en suite.
The apartment has central heating, free Wi-Fi and use of a laundry room.
The pool is surrounded by four hectares of olive groves and is located 150 meters from the houses.
