Charm, nature, history, confort and peace: the ideal place for a regenerating holiday.

The house with garden and terrace is situated in the sacred forest of Monteluco, far from the crowds but near the historical town of Spoleto, where theater, music and art converge every summer for the Festival dei due Mondi. A spacious and shadowy terrace is nice and cool in the summer.

A two story house, about 90mq, fully renovated, with oak beam ceilings and terracotta floors and antiques is fully equipped.
From the house you can walk down to Spoleto (15 min walk), or start a hiking trip that will bring you to Val Nerina or to Monteluco's top.

"Maison très agréable et très bien équipée (nous étions 6 adultes). Très bel environnement. Facile d''accès depuis Spoleto (moins de 10 mn en voiture, descente à pied par les sentiers en moins de 20mn). La terrasse ombragée est très agréable par temps chaud et permet de prendre tous les repas dehors.Proche de beaucoup de villes et villages remarquables(Pérouse, Assise, Trevi, Orvieto , Todi....et Spoleto) Très bon contact préalable avec la propriétaire et très bon accueil de Giulia chargée de la remise des lefs"

"Nous avons loué cette maison en début août 2011. À l''arrivée, Mme G. nous a bien accueilli et faire connaître les airs de la maison. Malgré les journées très chaudes, la maison fut toujours très confortable et les soupers sur la terrasse bien agréables. La maison est très propre et bien située pour visiter les belles villes de l''Ombrie et même pour passer une journée à Rome!"

"Una casa molto bella e confortevole, anche in pieni inverno, la proprietà è immersa nel bosco in un luogo pieno di fascino e tranquillità, un vero e proprio balcone che si affaccia su Spoleto. Ideale per chi aspira ad un soggiorno nella natura, in totale privacy ma a breve distanza dal paese e dalle principali vie di comunicazione. Ideale anche per famiglie con bambini. La signora Livia (proprietaria) e la signora Giulia (custode) si sono dimostrate molto cordiali, rispettose e disponibili. A meno che non siate allenatissimi a piedi o in bici, l''automobile è indispensabile."

"We are very pleased to i...

"We are very pleased to inform that we, a Polish couple, spent one week in a house located in Monteluco close to Spoleto in Umbria. It is a very special place on a slope of a mountain with beautiful nature, fresh air and unique atmosphere. The buildings are constructed on medieval caves serving previously monks as a shelter. The house we rented is very comfortably furnished , with small charming garden. People leaving there whom we met are very committed to the place they live. We had wonderful time and recommend charm and quietness of the place. You should anyhow dispose of a car otherwise you should relay on buses with a modest time-table."
