Notes
- There is a communal pool surrounded by grass. The bathrooms (1 1/2) consist of one en-suite. There is a separate room with a sink and a toilet. There is a separate microwave, a main oven and induction hob. The apartment is situated on the second floor and has a security grilled door to enter the block. There is no rear access and unless you are a mountain climber with pitons, no way up the rear of the block.

Playa Flamenca is situated south of Torrevieja on the coast, near to La Zenia, Las Ramblas, Campoamar, Villa Martin and Cabo Roig. There are many blue flagged beaches. It is near to all beaches, shops La Zenia Boulevard and leisure facilities all within walking distance. Four 18 hole golf courses. If you wanted to explore the countryside, there are pleasant walks along the coast. Lots to do for young and old alike.
The brand new shopping centre La Zenia Boulevard is brimming with bars, cafes, shops, bank and play areas for the children all within walking distance. Free WiFi.
