Six bedrooms: 1 x super king-size double (zip/link, can be twin on request), 2 x extra large double beds (one with en-suite walk-in shower, basin and WC - can be separated into 2 singles upon request), 1 x single with pull-out stacker bed, 2 x second floor twin (one with pull-out stacker bed). There are also two bathrooms, a kitchen with a dining area, a utility, a pantry, a boot room, a dining room, two sitting rooms with an open fire, a second floor library with a sofa bed and a first floor games room. Outside is off road parking for five cars, a large enclosed mature garden and bike storage. Eden House is a perfect location for that long awaited get together. Note: This property has a £100 Good House Keeping Bond

Fuel, power and starter pack for fires inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair on request. Off road parking for 5 cars. Bike storage. Large enclosed mature garden with furniture including BBQ. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 1 mile, bar and restaurant in hotel 3 mins walk. Note: Staircase to second floor is narrow and has a tight turn, not suitable for people with limited mobility and children to be supervised. Note: No stag/hen or similar. A beautiful house full of character in a great location
My family and I all stayed in this wonderful property for a long weekend to celebrate two family occasions. The house was spotless and it had everything you could possibly need. We would definitely stay again as we thoroughly enjoyed it. Highly recommend.
