Eden House is a Grade II listed, detached house in the centre of the village of Edenhall in Cumbria. Over three floors. Six bedrooms: 1 x super king-size double (zip/link, can be twin on request), 2 x extra large double beds (one with en-suite walk-in shower, basin and WC - can be separated into 2 singles upon request), 1 x single with pull-out stacker bed, 2 x second floor twin (one with pull-out stacker bed). There are also two bathrooms, a kitchen with a dining area, a utility, a pantry, a boot room, a dining room, two sitting rooms with an open fire, a second floor library with a sofa bed and a first floor games room. Outside is off road parking for five cars, a large enclosed mature garden and bike storage. Eden House is a perfect location for that long awaited get together. Note: This property has a £100 Good House Keeping Bond

Electric range oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer,fridge, freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, 2 x dishwashers, 2 x TVs with FreeSat, DVD, CD, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Sauna.
