Capri is a place to see and this is the Villa/Apartment is the place to stay for a great visit.

We stayed a week and loved it. This apartment was very comfortable and in a great location, just away from the crowded Piazzetta but walking distance. We sat and sunned ourselves on the deck and enjoyed a great view of Capri. A neighborhood market and excellent restaurants are close. Capri is a walking town, be prepared to walk to see some of the most terrific sites!!

Fantastisch! Capri auf besondere Art geniessen

Habe diese Traumferienwohnung schon letztes Jahr bewertet, aber ich möchte gerne nochmal ein Feedback abgeben. Die Ferienwohnung auf Capri ist nun mal was ganz besonderes! Die Lage ist super toll: Meerblick von Balkon und Terrasse-eine Traumaussicht über ganz Capri, sehr ruhig und dennoch zentral gelegen. Die Ausstattung: alles vorhanden um einen tollen Urlaub zu verbringen. Es ist alles sehr sauber und mit frischen Blumen dekoriert. Super Privatsphäre, man fühlt sich wohl wie zuhause. Man könnte ewig weiter schreiben, aber wie gesagt ich habe bereits eine ausführliche Bewertung abgegeben. Dank Rita, der super netten und hilfsbereiten Besitzerin. Sie stellt mit Ihrer Ferienwohnung einen kleinen Juwel auf Capri bereit! Uns hat es wieder wahnsinnig gut gefallen in dieser tollen Ferienwohnung.Wir kommen ganz bestimmt wieder!!!

Una casa sul mare

Abbiamo soggiornato per 6 notti in questa stupenda casa lontana solo pochi metri dai più suggestivi panorami di Capri. Vale la pena allontanarsi di qualche minuto dalla Piazzetta per poter godere della vita più autentica dell'isola. Riempirsi gli occhi con la vista del mare , ascoltare i richiami dei gabbiani e respirare i profumi mediterranei lontani dalla folla dei turisti è stata un'esperienza indimenticabile. L'appartamento è spazioso, pulitissimo, funzionale e arredato con gusto. Il pezzo forte è ovviamente l'enorme terrazza sospesa sul mare. Rita, la proprietaria, è stata un ospite squisita, discreta e disponibilissima. Ritorneremo sicuramente.

Amazing sea view apartment and lovely hosts

We absolutely loved our stay in Capri with hosts Bruno and Rita. They are the kindest people to rent for, and the apartment is of top quality and cleanliness. It was by far the best apartment we stayed in over our visit of the Amalfi Coast. We would recommend this place to anyone!

Traumurlaub in Capri

Es war von Anfang an ein purer Genuss, in dieser fantastischen Ferienwohnung auf Capri! Wir wurden mit offenen Armen von der wundervollen, sehr herzlichen und lieben Besitzerin Rita begrüßt. Sie gab uns alle Infos zur Anreise schon vorab durch,so war alles gut geplant. Die Ferienwohnung ist ein Traum. Die Bilder lassen es erahnen, in Wirklichkeit ist es atemberaubend schön, fast nicht zu glauben. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, sehr gepflegt, ruhig und dennoch nur 5 Min. zur Piazzetta. Geschmackvoll eingerichtet und groß. Alles da, um einen schönen Urlaub zu verbringen. Küche, Bad , Schlafzimmer, Balkon und Terrasse mit einzigartigem Meerblick!!! Bequeme Liegen und großer Sonnenschirm. Blick über ganz Capri und das Meer. Rita war der beste Gastgeber den man sich vorstellen kann! Jederzeit erreichbar und immer hilfsbereit. Wir kommen nächstes Jahr sehr gerne wieder, in diese traumhaft schöne Ferienwohnung. Hier ist der Gast König und man hat eine super Privatsphäre!

Un endroit magique de par sa localisation et son accueil !!! Un adorable appartement d une propreté irréprochable et à disposition de nombreux renseignements pour profiter au mieux de son séjour . Beautiful apartment with great views

Rita and Bruno were so accommodating and helpful and the villa and the views were absolutely breathtaking! The villa is extremely well located, with Capri town and lots of delicious restaurants close by. Rita went above and beyond to give us suggestions for activities and restaurants. We loved our stay, we would highly recommend it, and we would certainly return in the future.

Exceptionnel

De retour d'un merveilleux séjour sur l'île de Capri après trois nuits passées dans le superbe appartement de Rita et Bruno. Situé dans un quartier très calme et très chic à 10 mn à pied de la Piazzeta et sur la route des plus belles balades de la côte Est de l'île (Villa Jovis...), l'appartement a été refait à neuf, est d'une propreté absolue et est situé à l'étage d'une jolie villa occupée par les propriétaires. L'appartement à l'étage est entièrement indépéndant et possède toutes les commodités (lave-vaisselle, lave-linge...). Les photos ne rendent qu'imparfaitement la vue sublime que l'on a des pièces et de la terrasse sur la mer et les collines. Les hôtes sont charmants; parlent parfaitement le français (entre autres) et sauront vous faire découvrir de belles promenades en dehors des sentiers battus. Nous avons été enchantés et espéront vraiment revenir un jour. Grazie mille Rita e Bruno

Très bon souvenir

Très bel accueil, le logement est parfait, refait à neuf, avec une vue magnifique (la photo est vraiment représentative) Nous avons même eu droit à une bouteille de prosecco dans le frigo, la grande classe ! je recommande chaudement cette location Merci

We were very lucky to have found this holiday home

We were very lucky to have found this holiday home. It is very beautiful and clean, with more than what you need for a holiday stay. The space is large, as there are two double bedrooms. The view is fantastic. Every morning, we woke up to see the Mediterranean sea just in front of us. It was a truly panoramic view. What we got was what we saw in the pictures. The photos dont exaggerate. Our landlady Rita was friendly and helpful. By the way, there were also one of the few supermarkets on the island super near to us, making the shopping easier, so we didn't have to eat in those expensive restaurants for every meal. Should we ever return to Capri, we will definitely try to stay in this same flat again.

Vista mozzafiato

Posizione ottima a pochi minuti dalla piazzetta. Le camere spaziose con ogni confort,letti comodi e cucina molto bene attrezzata Terrazzo ampio arredato con vista mozzafiato. Soggiorno stupendo anche grazie all'ospitalità e cortesia della signora Rita.

Agosto caprese

abbiamo soggiornato in 5 per 6 notti ad agosto . La casa rispecchia in toto l' annuncio: silenziosa, ben arredata, comoda con vista mozzafiato. Il terrazzo e' un "gioiello" :soleggiato dal' alba al tramonto , ben attrezzato per pranzi , cene e relax . La posizione e' eccellente : dalla piazzetta dista poco più di 15 minuti (ovviamente in salita) , a scendere 7 minuti . A 5 minuti comodo market rifornito di tutto con annessa macelleria.Punto di partenza per splendide camminate .I proprietari abitano al piano inferiore e sono persone accoglienti , gentili e disponibili . assolutamente da consigliare

More than what we expected

JUST AMAZING!!!!!!

I guarantee this will be the most breathtaking view you will ever experience! Rita was very responsive prior to our stay. The apartment was so Wonderful, and perfectly set up for whatever was needed. There is a full kitchen with all utilities if you feel like cooking, or it is only a stones throw to great restaurants and cafés. The there was heaps of room in the apartment, the bathroom was great, and all spotlessly clean. Rita was a great host, organising for us to be met on arrival into Capri even though it was late, and even had a bottle of wine waiting for us! Rita also helped out with advice when we were planning some activities during our stay which was very helpful. I have no hesitation in recommending this place to anyone looking for a great holiday in Capri and belive me, the view from the rooms will leave you just speechless and the birds singing in the morning make you feel great! Thank you Rita!

"Ideal gelegen, tolle Sicht, ruhige Lage. Wird vom Eigentümer in sehr gutem Zustand gehalten. Terrasse gross, es fehlt vielleicht ein Sonnenschirm. Eigentümerin Rita bemüht sich sehr, wohnt eine Etage tiefer, also wenn was fehlt, sie ist zur Stelle. Platz für 4 Erwachsene gut, es fehlt aber ein Wohnzimmer, was bei der Terrasse bei Capriwetter aber kein Problem ist. Für jeden zusätzlichen Erwachsenen würde es aber etwas eng. Bad wird für 2013 wohl neu gemacht. "

"Innanzi tutto la sig.ra Rita molto gentile e piacevole, il soggiorno presso il suo appartamento è stato decisamente confortevole. La casa presenta tutto quello di cui si ha bisogno, perfettamente nuova e pulita, le camere da letto godono di una meravigliosa vista mare, sia al mattino che in special modo al tramonto e con un ampio terrazzo dove passare delle tranquille serate. Distanza dal centro circa 10/15 minuti a piedi e sinceramente piacevole come passeggiata. Da rifare sicuramente... Un saluto da Andrea, Federica, Alessandra Marco"

"Die Wohnung ist genau wi...

"Die Wohnung ist genau wie auf den Bildern zu sehen top ausgestattet. Sie ist sehr sauber und sehr schön eingerichtet. Die Terrasse ist sehr groß und mit Liegestühlen ausgestattet. Der Blick auf das Meer ist atemberaubend! Die Wohnung liegt zentral und ist ca. 15 Minuten von der Piazetta entfernt. Wir sind mit 2 kleinen Kindern angereist, die sich in der Wohnung auch sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Rita und Bruno sind tolle Gastgeber, mit vielen nützlichen Tipps für den Aufenthalt auf Capri! Es war ein toller Kurzurlaub und werden bestimmt wieder einmal bei Rita und Bruno unterkommen!"

"L''appartamento è situato in un angolo bellissimo di Capri, lontano dalla confusione della piazzetta ma abbastanza vicino per raggiungerla in pochi minuti. La vista dal terrazzo è mozzafiato e le confortevoli attrezzature installate consentono di prendere il sole o di cenare in terrazzo. Anche le camere sono spaziose, ben arredate e con una bellissima vista sul mare di Capri. I proprietari sono persone molto disponibili e la Signora Rita è pronta a soddisfare ogni tipo di o consiglio o richiesta che le venga rivolta. Che dire di più? Andateci, se volete fare una vacanza da favola!"

"Casa signorile, perfettamente pulita e ben tenuta, con una indimenticabile vista panoramica ed una splendida tranquillità. La casa, posizionata sulla via per l''arco naturale, richiede un piccolo sacrificio di fatica per raggiungerla: il premio, però, vale tanto da rendere piacevole e trascurabile il piccolo sforzo. Un supermercato ben fornito a breve distanza, la Piazzetta si raggiunge con una passeggiata di 10 minuti. La bella vacanza, in perfetto stile caprese, è stata completata dalla cortesia e disponibilità dei proprietari, la sig.ra Rita ed il sig.Bruno, che hanno agevolato e supportato con gentilezza, spontaneità e discrezione la nostra permanenza."
