Wonderful hosts, great pool area and delicious food. Apartment was spacious, loved having our own patio and sitting area. This is accomodations is family run and each of them embrace you with their hospitality.Cute little store in the square steps away from accomodation with delicious coffee,& croissants freshly made each day by the store proprietor. Loved staying in Schiazzano, Massa Lubrense!

Mukava loma idyllisessä ympäristössä

Rauhallinen paikka ja sijainti, keskellä sitruunaviljelyksiä. Pizzeriassa erinomaiset ruoat, ystävällinen palvelu ja edulliset hinnat. Pienestä kaupasta sai helposti täydennysostoksia, tuoretta leipää, kinkkua, juustoa ja makkaraleikkeleitä. Uima-allas oli siisti ja virkisti kuumina päivinä. Lisämaksullinen ilmastointi oli hyvä ja ehdottomasti hintansa arvoinen. Huoneiston keittiövälineistö, esim. paistinpannu, kaipaa hiukan täydennystä. Meillä, neljän aikuisen perheellä, oli erittäin onnistunut loma täällä, viihdyimme hyvin.

Mitigé

Nous avons séjourné 9 jours dans la maison Martina (je crois). Le lieu (malgré le clocher) et la famille sont très agréables, mais certaines choses sont améliorées. La literie de la chambre principale était horrible il faut vraiment qu'elle soit changé. L'équipement dans la cuisine est trop juste, pas de saladier, peu de verre, pas de balai (juste une balayette). La maison étant enterré (comme un sous-sol) elle sent un peu l'humidité et il y a beaucoup de fourmis. Les équipements indiqués (babyfoot, vélo) dans l'annonce ne sont pas utilisables. Le positif étant là piscine qui est très agréable ainsi que le restaurant avec sa terrasse où nous avons très bien mangé plusieurs fois. Également nous avons pu faire un tour de bateau que Franco a géré pour nous.

In die Jahre gekommen / Preis Leistung passt nicht

Die Freundlichkeit der Familie ist hervorzuheben. Sie gaben uns gute Tipps für Ausflüge und organisierten einen Capri Trip. Der Pool ist super, alles sauber, genügend Liegen. Auch ist die Umgebung sehr schön. Insgesamt entsprechen die Fotos aber nicht der Realität (auch auf anderen Portalen). Die Spinning bikes, Fahrräder und Kicker sind nicht mehr in Schuss bzw. stark verrostet und nicht nutzbar. Die Ferienwohnung riecht schlecht/muffig. Alles ist sehr dunkel und alt. Alt an sich wäre nicht schlimm, aber sowohl Küche als auch Bad sind nicht wirklich sauber. Zudem fehlt es in der Küche an sämtlicher Ausstattung (Schneidebretter, Schüsseln, Schwämme, Küchentücher). Der Kühlschrank ist ebenfalls sehr alt, weshalb er nicht richtig kühlt, außerdem ist Schimmel im Gefrierfach zu sehen. Insgesamt haben wir das beste aus unserem Aufenthalt gemacht. Schlussendlich ist der Preis einfach viel zu hoch für diese Ausstattung.

Great and memorable place to stay.

Franco, his wife and daughters are just great hosts and will put everything they can do to make your holiday stay as memorable and pleasant as possible. Anything you ask, they make is work. We stayed 14 days with the De Gregorio family, and we closed them in our hearts.

Très bon accueil, conforme à la description. Elsa parle très bien francais et s'est occupé de notre excursion à capri et nous a conseillé une super plage. Bon resto dans la propriété, piscine sympa et petite épicerie juste à côté. La literie mériterait d'être renouvelée.

Une résidence très agréable et un accueil exceptionnel

Le deuxième étage de cette ancienne villa est spacieux et réalisé avec des matériaux de qualité. Le panorama sur la baie de Naples, dont nous avons joui pendant les 15 jours de notre séjour, est tout simplement somptueux. Et nous avons pu en profiter pleinement grâce à la grande baie vitrée de la cuisine et à la terrasse très confortable. L'accueil a été exceptionnel. Un peu fatigués par le trajet en voiture depuis l'aéroport, sur une route étroite et sinueuse et dans un trafic très "napolitain", quel n'a pas été notre bonheur d'être accueillis comme des amis, nos bagages montés à l'étage, notre voiture rangée dans le parking privé, et avec l'amabilité et le sourire du personnel. Nous nous sommes offerts une pizza au restaurant de la villa, excellente et au prix très raisonnable. Même accueil chaleureux pour les courses que nous avons pu faire à la petite épicerie de la résidence. Le reste du séjour a été à l'avenant : la région de Naples offre tant de richesses !

Cute cottage amidst lemon trees.

The space is adequate for a small family. Beds and furniture are dated but comfortable. Kitchen is well equipped to prepare quick meals. There's a small television in the living room/kitchen area. The bathroom has no bathtub only a shower, that is a bit small, the towels are very worn out, if I'd known I would have brought my own. On the bright side the bathroom has great lighting, a wonderful water heater and there's a hair dryer in the bathroom. Overall it was a quaint and quiet place to rest after a long day of sightseeing. There are 2 restaurants and a convenience store at walking distance also parking on premises. Franco, Marzia and their daughters are very nice. I wouldn't hesitate to return i really enjoyed the town and the restaurant

Base parfaite pour des vacances randonnée/culture

Pour des vacances au bout du monde. Littéralement : la route finit sur la place du village (Schiazzano). Autour de la place : l'église, l'épicerie d'une dame aimable qui ne parle qu'italien (prix de supermarché de chez nous), deux pizzerias (dont celle des propriétaires. De 3,5 à 7 E la pizza entière. Délicieuses), et l'entrée de la cour arrière de la maison dans laquelle se trouve l'appartement. Au sens figuré: le wifi ne fonctionne qu'en haut de l'escalier qui mène à la cour arrière. On ne se connecte pas la nuit tombée. Une cure de vie sans internet. Les rues sont super étroites et bus, voitures, scooters foncent, doublent, se garent sur le côté. Tous cabossés et rayés. Panneaux indicateurs joueurs (j'suis là, j'suis pas là). Nous avons laissé la voiture sur son emplacement sur la place (PAS DE PARKING DANS LA PROPRIETE) et tout fait en transports en commun qui circulent régulièrement et économiquement. Une cure de vie sans voiture. Grâce à la carte fournie par Marzia (très sympathique, toujours le sourire), magnifiques randonnées depuis le village situé au centre de la péninsule : ruelles anciennes (trop étroites pour les voitures) à l'ombre des citronniers et oliviers, sentiers sur les crêtes. Voyage dans le temps. Vues sur le Vésuve, Capri, baies cachées aux eaux turquoises, plages de galets gris. En bus / train on accède aux sites internationalement connus (Naples, Vésuve, Herculanum, Pompéi, Positano, etc). Bref, vacances parfaites pour une famille nombreuse (les 4 enfants dormaient dans une chambre : 2 lits + un lit pliant + le lit inférieur du canapé qui a des pieds pliants). Le salon restait un salon même après leur coucher. Les gens sont très aimables, offrent leur aide. Sauf ceux payés pour s'occuper des touristes. Et les glaces ! La promesse d'en avoir une en fin de journée fait marcher les enfants des heures et parcourir des ruines sans broncher. Ils mangeaient les oranges de la région comme des sucreries, elles sont si bonnes. La maison est à flanc de colline : l'appartement est enterré sauf sa façade qui donne sur une cour (fermée, parfait pour la sécurité des enfants) face à une tour ancienne qui bloque le soleil presque toute la journée. Au début nous avons bataillé contre le froid et l'humidité (il faut aérer, sortir serviettes, gants, tapis de bain). Il fait sombre dans le salon quand on ferme la porte d'entrée non vitrée et la porte-fenêtre ne suffit pas. En été tout cela peut être un avantage. Pas début avril.

Very good, cosy place to spend holidays.

Grocery shop and 2 restaurants are a few steps from the villa. Car parking is on the property. Apartament is clean and well equipped. Small village cast in the mountains with its beautiful narrow and steep lanes sorrounded by lemon trees. Francesco and his family are very kind and helpful. If you dream about going to Capri he can take you there by his own boat. Lemonchello (you have to try) - very, very tasty! In December reminds about warm summer days and nights spent in Schiazzano. Bardzo dobre miejsce do spędzenia wakacji. Spożywczy i dwie restauracje są zaledwie kilka kroków od willi. Parking znajduje się na terenie posesji. Pokoje są czyste i dobrze wyposażone. Miejscowość jest niewielka, ale taka bardzo przytulna, z wąskimi, stromymi uliczkami otoczona drzewkami cytrynowymi. Francesco i jego rodzina są bardzo uprzejmi i pomocni. Jeśli marzysz o wycieczce na Capri może cię tam zabrać swoja prywatną łodzią. Lemonchello (musisz spóbować) - bardzo, bardzo smaczne! W grudniu przypomina o ciepłych dniach i nocach spędzonych w Schiazzano.

superbe gîte pour des vacances en famille

Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances dans le gîte de Francesco et Marzia. Nous avons reçu un accueil très chaleureux de sa famille et des gens du village (commerçant, restaurant). Le lieu est parfait pour les enfants car sécurisé - terrasse fermée - terrain de foot à proximité pour jouer avec les enfants du village et les autres petits vacanciers). Le restaurant est très sympa et c'est pratique de commander les pizzas le soir quand on est fatigué de la journée de visite. Pour finir le voyage sur un superbe souvenir, nous recommandons le tour de Capri sur le bateau de Francesco, les enfants ont adoré !!!

Hemos pasado unos dias es...

Hemos pasado unos dias estupendo, muy bien atendidos por Franco y Marzia. La comida en el restaurante de la casa ha sido estupenda y el trato super agradable . La casa está en un precioso pueblo muy cerca de todos los lugares de interés pero muy tranquilo. Desde alli visitamos la costa Amalfitana que es espectacular, Pompeya, el Vesubio y Capri. Hemos pasado unos dias estupendos.

"Nous avons passés un superbe séjour dans cette région , la maison est très soignée bien équipée,si vous avez un bébé n'hésitez pas , il ya tout ce qu'il faut(lit, chaise,poussette canne,baignoire ...;de plus vous avez un parking privé pour la voiture . Les propriétaires sont adorables et toujours prêts à vous rendre service.Francesco nous a emmenés sur son bateau autour de l'île de Capri ,tout simplement génial. De plus ce qui ne gâte rien , vous avez à 100 m une épicerie très bien achalandée,une pizzéria ou les gens sont charmants et la nouriture excellente à un prix très raisonnable . Si vous voulez vous rendre dans cette région n' hésitez pas je vous recommande vivement cette location. Encore merci à Francesco et à Marzia pour leur acceuil et leur gentillesse. Tutto Benne..."

"Nous avons passé une superbe vacance dans ce gite.Le propriétaire et sa dame Marzia furent très serviables et ont facilité notre séjour et nos nombreuses excursions par leur conseils. Le petit village ou se trouve le gite est déservi par 2 restaurants et une petite épicerie a moins de 50 mètres.Le tout a des prix très corrects. Le gite comme tel est très sécuritaire de même que le stationnement privé."
