Wunderbare Ferien in Ligurien

Schöne, saubere Wohnung mit Meerblick. Fussweg ans Meer ca. 20 Minuten. Strasse hinter dem Haus war zu hören, hat aber nicht gestört. Die Menschen in Diano Marina und Imperia sind sehr freundlich und das Essen in den Restaurants ausgezeichnet!

Sehr helle, schöne Wohnung mit Meerblick

In der Wohnung fühlt man sich sofort wohl. Durch die großen Fenster ist sie sehr hell und der große Balkon mit Meerblick ist wunderschön. Die Wohnung liegt nahe der Hauptstraße, daher hört man auch den Verkehrslärm. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und zu jeder Zeit erreichbar.

Supertoll !

Wir hatten zwei wunderbare Wochen in einer fantastischen Wohnung. Diese ist optimal und hochwertig ausgestattet und der Blick auf das Meer ist atemberaubend schön! Die Kommunikation mit Jolanda und Luigi war immer unkompliziert und sehr freundlich. Gerne wieder, wirklich sehr empfehlenswert!

Schöne Terrasse und traumhafter Blick.

Lage: Das Objekt liegt am Berg. Wer mit schmalen Straßen und steile Wegen Probleme hat, sollte aber vielleicht grundsätzlich nicht unbedingt nach Ligurien reisen. Das Meer ist zu Fuß in weniger als 10 Min zu erreichen, die Stadt in etwa 15 Min, zurück dauert es dann wegen des Berges etwa mehr. Der Weg ist nicht geteert, aber wir haben ihn auch in Flip Flops gut bewältigt. Die in anderen Bewertungen schon erwähnte Straße hinter dem Haus ist in der Tat laut, vorallem wenn man wegen der Hitze möglichst viele Fenster öffnen will. In der Woche wird es aber meistens ab 22:00 Uhr stiller, am Wochenende kann es deutlich später werden. Zartbesaitete Schläfer könnten hier ein Problem bekommen. Wenn es dann aber still ist und ein bisschen Wind geht, hört man herrlich das Meer rauschen. Ansonsten eine sehr gut ausgestattete Wohnung mit zuvorkommenden Gastgebern, einer sehr schönen Terrasse und sensationellem Blick aufs Meer!

Appartamento e posizione splendida L’unica cosa negativa il sentiero per scendere al mare in alcuni punti impraticabile è pericoloso non adatto per persone anziane e bambini, per cui assolutamente necessità l’auto sia per scendere in paese che per andare in spiaggia

Mooie vakantiewoning. Modern ingericht en voorzien van een complete inrichting. Leuk stadje in de buurt met goede restaurantjes, prima slager/groenteboer en luxe super. Strand is met de voet moeilijk bereikbaar maar met de auto zonder probleem. Minpunt is WiFi in het vakantiehuis. Toegezegd was dat WiFi beschikbaar was. Na vier dagen geen WiFi meer. Na onze klacht hierover werd er WiFi -capaciteit geüpload. Enkele dagen later weer geen WiFi. Daarna geen upload meer. Het kostte teveel geld volgens de beheerster. Tip: vertel van te voren eerlijk dat WiFi aan een maximum gebonden is.

E´ gratuito e paghiamo per i nostri Clienti un Abbonamento mensile per un utilizzo di 20 GIGA. Lei ha consumato per ben tre volte in 12 giorni tutti i GIGA. Sono stati ricaricati non appena Lei ci ha comunicato che si erano esauriti

Schöne Appartment - jedoch nicht immer sauber

Das Appartment hat eine schöne Lage mit tollem Blick. Die Straße ist etwas zu hören hat jedoch nie gestört. Leider war das Appartment nur auf dem 1. Blick sauber, d.h. Boden gewischt und Bad geputzt. Schränke, Möbel und vor allem die Küchenausstattung war leider nicht sauber. Für die EUR 50.- extra zum Mietpreis für die Endreinigung kann man ein anderes Niveau erwarten. Leider war mit der Vermieterin Jola hier nicht zu reden. Fazit: ein schöne Urlaub in Bezug auf Ligurien. Das Appartement ist ok, doch schaut Euche die Details vorher an und redet mit Jola.

Non accettiamo lamentele riguardo alla pulizia finale al momento della partenza ! Queste sono motivate dal fatto che l ` unico scopo e´ quello di poter risparmiare 50 Euro nel momento in cui vengono richiesti. Troppo comodo e di cattivo gusto.

Belle vue mais attention...

Belle vue sur la mer. Mais attention l'appartement n'est pas si calme que cela. Route très fréquentée juste derrière. Du coup un bruit de fond est constant sur la terrasse et la nuit dans la chambre. Pas de volets non plus pour être dans la pénombre (salon et chambre). De plus nous avons été très déçus par l'attitude de la propriétaire à la sortie qui s'est montrée particulièrement agressive et de mauvaise foi concernant le règlement du ménage. Nous avons dû nous acquitter du tarif du ménage qui n'était pourtant qu'optionnel (comme le suggère le site). D'autant plus que nous nous étions donnés la peine de rendre l'appartement dans un état de propreté impeccable. C'est bien dommage.

I Signori V. hanno soggiornato presso di noi nell'ultima settimana di Ottobre. Hanno impiegato un mese per elaborare una valutazione che potesse penalizzare il più possibile la nostra casa. Questo è unicamente dovuto dalla nostra richiesta del pagamento delle spese di pulizia ( Euro 40 ) a fine soggiorno ed al loro rifiuto. Nel contratto é scritto molto chiaramente ( non opzionale come asserito ! ). Inoltre non sono assolutamente un tipo aggressivo, solamente molto corretto. Le 27 valutazioni più che positive da parte dei nostri Clienti lo dimostrano ampiamente. I Signori V. , visto che sono così precisi, hanno però dimenticato di scrivere che senza alcuna richiesta da parte loro, abbiamo offerto una giornata in più di Soggiorno ( molto apprezzata). Se questa é aggressività ..........

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung mit einer für ital. Verhältnisse guten Ausstattung. Sehr sauber und gepflegt. Das Straßenverkehr ist zu hören - stört aber nicht, da das Haus etwas unterhalb der Straße liegt. Man muß gut zu Fuß sein, um den Trampelpfad zum Meer zu bewältigen. Vermieter wahr sehr nett. Jederzeit zu empfehlen.

Haben uns trotz der Via Aurelia hinter dem Häuschen sehr gut erholt. In der Nacht war es sehr ruhig. Wir wurden freundlich empfangen durch eine Dame, die das Deutsch perfekt beherrschte. Die Aussicht hat uns auch sehr gefallen.Tipp für den Eigentümer: überlegen Sie sich eine Abwaschmaschine zu installieren.

...definizione che calza a pennello a questo appartamento, molto bello ed ospitale, ottimo per noi e per la nostra bimba di due anni! Vista impagabile, bellissime le colazioni e le cene in terrazza, assaporando la brezza marina e i voli dei gabbiani che al calar del sole giungevano a Capo Berta. Il proprietario molto gentile e discreto, ha saputo darci utili informazioni per il soggiorno. Raggiungere a piedi il mare è possibile ma sconsigliabile con un bimbo piccolo. Ad ogni modo in giugno non abbiamo mai avuto problemi nel parcheggiare l'auto nei pressi delle spiagge, che si trovano a meno di 5 minuti di auto dalla casa. Se dovessimo tornare a Diano Marina, non esiteremmo a tornare qui!

"We loved this apartment!...

"We loved this apartment! The owners were very friendly, professional and genuinely cared for our positive vacation experience. We had a great time. Ideal location in Liguria and in Diano Marina. Beautiful beach nearby, with very clean water and not crowded. For people who find it difficult to walk on the hill up and down the beach, it is only 5 minutes by car or by bus. In the surrounding areas there are many small towns with beautiful views and restaurants."
