Fantastic holiday!

We stayed for a week in this beautiful old priory. The owner was an absolute gentleman! Everything was in working order and we had no issues or reasons to call the owner during the stay. Beds are very comfortable. We enjoyed using the pool everyday. The property is ideally located halfway between Bordeaux and Saint Emillion, 25 minutes drive. We can highly recommend this property.

"Location d''un excellent...

"Location d''un excellent rapport qualité-prix ! Emplacement au calme sans être isolé, maison très fonctionnelle et plus belle encore que ce que les photos semblent montrer. Très beau jardin privatif, arboré, piscine hors sol insuffisamment grande que pour nager mais très agréable. Terrain bien exposé toute la journée mais excellent confort thermique : même en, cas de grande haleur l''atmosphère à l''intérieur reste fraîche (fermer les volets en partant)....Accueil charmant des propriétaires, présence de produits locaux pour stimuler les papilles à l''arrivée, présence de beaucoup de documentation pour visiter les environs. Sampzon est idéalement situé en Ardèche, suffisamment proche des grottes mais aussi de tous les autres points d''intérêt (ne manquez pas Ballazuc, Labeaume et l''aven d''Orgnac! et tant d''autres). La location est parfaitement fonctionnelle et rien ne manque. La terrasse est parfaite pour se restaurer. Je ne vois aucun critère négatif à mentionner. Je remercie Mr et Mme L pour leur accueil et conseillerai certainement à mes amis ou ma famille de passer chez eux s''ils séjournent en Ardèche ! "
