This house was perfect for our family vacation. Our children especially loved the sleeping porch and bunk room. These spaces for kids felt magical. We love staying at Watercolor and this house was one of our favorites. Our hostess was wonderful.

We had a great stay at High Cotton. The house is beautiful and so comfortable! The kids loved the pool, the screened in sleeping porch and the culdesac to rides bikes. My favorite was the all season room to watch movies with the fireplace going! Deborah was great and responded quick if we needed anything. Will definitely stay here again!

The 2nd Week of June is our family vacation date. Our family has been growing, so every year we have to consider our needs currently, & book accordingly. Vacation '26 was at High Cotton in Watercolor. It was most delightful for our 16 member family....with two grands under age 5. The location of the property is excellent as we are still primarily Camp Watercolor fans. We did go to Watercolor Beach by end of the week and it was most delightful. This property has lots of gathering areas and helped to make our week fun. The kids could play or watch TV, while the adults got to visit and tell stories, & catch up on family info. High Cotton has lots of amenities and safe guards.....Buzzer alert on door going to pool outback, & the grill was used a good bit and was easy to use. All in all...One Awesome Week....We love High Cotton !!!

The property was spectacular and described perfectly in the listing! The house was extremely clean, very spacious and the kitchen had everything needed to cook in and enjoy family time! The communication with Debbie exceeded expectations and my family and I would definitely stay at High Cotton again

We’ve stayed in several homes at Watercolor and High Cotton was our favorite. Very clean when we arrived. Nice home with a well stocked kitchen, lots of parking and plenty of room for our extended family vacation. Debbie is a great host and took care of everything we needed. Can’t wait to visit again!

Beautiful family friendly home with lots of space. Property is in a private location at the end of a cul-de-sac. Favorite spaces were pool area, sleeping porch and bunk room for the kids.

Our family had a wonderful stay at this property. This house was spacious with plenty of room for us to all enjoy time together, but also had space for us to be able to enjoy time alone as well. We all slept so soundly in the comfortable beds. The bunk room was perfect for the kids to bunk up together. The owners were so responsive and gave us many recommendations for activities and dining options in the area. The house itself is well equipped for cooking and dining at home as well. The location is perfect and easy to walk or ride bikes to Camp Watercolor. The golf cart was perfect for trips to the beach and beach club. We would definitely recommend this house and will return again one day!

We had an amazing stay in WaterColor, Florida! The house was absolutely beautiful—spotlessly clean, tastefully decorated, and incredibly comfortable. The kitchen was very well stocked, which made cooking and dining in a breeze.The beds were super comfortable, and we especially loved all the extra spaces to relax—the cozy sleeping porch, the welcoming front porch, and the air-conditioned sunroom in the back, which was perfect for unwinding after a day at the beach.The included golf cart was a huge plus and made getting to the beach and exploring the area so easy and fun. We couldn’t have asked for a better home base for our vacation. Highly recommend and would definitely return!

Great Stay at HighCotton in Watercolor

High Cotton was perfect for our family getaway with 7 adults and 13 kids. They were well stocked with everything we needed and Debbie the host was always available and communicative. Great location with easy access via the golf cart to everything watercolor has to offer. All weather porch on first floor was the perfect hangout spot and 2nd floor sleeping porch was a nice getaway for quiet time and reading. Pool alarm on door to pool area is a great safety feature with our little ones and the pool backing up to nature reserve allows for privacy. Great stay highly recommend.
