Appartement super bien placer avec vue sur mer, mais les propriétaires ne sont pas à l écoute des locataires,problème avec électroménager envoi par sms pour signaler le problème et aucun retour de leurs part

Vacances à la Cotinière

Nous avons été accueillis dans un appartement lumineux et très propre qui correspondait bien au descriptif. C'était au mois d'Octobre, il y avait encore pas mal de monde à la Cotinière. Nous avons apprécié la proximité des commerces. En plus le soleil était de la partie, Belles vacances !

résidence très bien placée dans le centre de la Cotinière, où tout est accessible à pied et surtout les restaurants. Par contre le confort est trop sommaire, mauvaise literie avec 2 lits simples, mauvais canapé complètement obsolète et inconfortable, et télévision beaucoup trop petite, bref appartement beaucoup trop inconfortable

Nous avons profité de cette location en plein été, premier séjour sur l'Ile d'Oléron et nous avons passons une très bonne semaine dans cet appartement qui a tout pour plaire : la proximité de la mer, des petits commerces, du marché, un parking, une terrasse, une piscine, et la gentillesse des propriétaire ! A refaire sans hésiter !!

Nous avons appréciés les 15 jours passés dans cette appartement, bien situé au niveau de l ensoleillement. Intérieur confortable . Abord appréciable, bord de mer, commerces etc... Pas déçu En prime nous avons profites de 15 jours ensoleilles

Appartement très bien situé, lumineux, calme, bien agencé, parfaitement meublé et équipé. Propriétaires charmants et très disponibles. Les plages sont faciles d'accès, l'appartement a vue sur l'océan et le port de pêche permet de se régaler de poissons et fruits de mer pendant toute la durée du séjour. Ce fut un réel plaisir pour nous !

Que du bonheur!

Petit appartement très propre et très bien équipé notamment pour les bouts de chou. La vue sur l'océan est magnifique et la terrasse qui permet de prendre ses repas dehors est appréciable. L'accueil par les propriétaires est simple et chaleureux à leur image. Tout est accessible a pied: plage, port, commerce. À réserver sans hésiter!

Une excellente semaine

L'appartement est très agréable, bien situé (près de la plage et des commerces). Idéal pour les deux retraités que nous sommes. L'accueil des propriétaires a été très agréable et ceux-ci se sont enquis en cours de semaine de la qualité de notre séjour. Beaucoup de choses intéressantes à voir sur l'ile et en dehors ( Brouage et Rochefort. Que du positif donc.
