The property was amazing,Helena was thoughtful and kind bringing us some snacks as we arrived quite late at night as flight was delayed. The property has everything you need for a self catering holiday, withbwasming macine and dishwasher included. It is very rustic and portuguese authentic

Nice and relaxing villa

A relaxing villa with a very nice garden and pool. Many amazing beaches around accessible by car (5-10min). Helena is a responsive host, I recommend this villa !

Fantastic Villa for Algarve holiday

Fantastic villa with lovely gardens and pool in a peaceful location less than 10 minutes drive from Albufiera. The villa is a beautifully furnished traditional home with thick walls which keep it comfortable and cool during the heat of summer. Helena is a fantastic host and gave us a lovely hamper on arrival. We will definitely stay again next time we visit the Algarve.

Lovely villa, well recommended!

We all had a lovely stay at the Villa which is tucked out the way of the hustle and bustle of Albufeira. Helena made us very welcome and assisted us with locating the property, whilst also showing us around the property. Would highly recommend and good value for money. Thank you again!

Great Stay

Everything was perfect organized for example poolcleaning every week etc. there was really nothing to complain about! We enjoyed the time beeing in this beautiful Villa. Thanks a lot Helena.

«It was all great and we had a wonderful stay. The house is beautiful with quite big swimming pool and the neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. The only inconvenient is that you definately need a car to go shopping or to the beach but nothing is perfect.»

Relaxing and fun holidays

We spent a week in this lovely property in August and can only say positive things about our stay. The house is very quiet and relaxing with all the amenities you might need. Although it was the peak of summer near the property we were able to avoid the Algarve confusion. The beaches were a short drive away but with the wonderful pool in the back of the house, we decided to stay in most of the days and enjoy the wonderful and private space. The check in, check out and communication with the owners was very easy. I definitely recommend this wonderful property to anyone looking for a relaxing and fun time in Algarve.

This is a charming property full of character, (photos don’t do it justice), in a very tranquil area, if you want peace and quiet this is for you.Car is essential, you can walk into Albufeira but it’s all uphill on the way back!! ( Taxi is easy to come by)Helena is the perfect host met us at the meeting point and showed us around the property.The outside area is lovely, we used the outside grill most evenings, it’s a beautiful setting.Pool was great, not heated but very refreshing.Air conditioning in one bedroom and entrance room kept the cottage nice and cool.Lovely sized bedrooms with ample storage.2 very good sized bathrooms with showers that were always hot.Kitchen had everything you will need to cook inside or out, there is a dishwasher too!!I cannot recommend this property enough.Thankyou Helena for a wonderful stay

Perfect getaway for young family

We were absolutely delighted with our stay in this lovely house. Helena and Francesco were really communicative and helpful, going out of their way to help us settle in and quickly dealing with our queries. The location was fantastic - a short drive to Sao Raphael and Gale beaches which were very family friendly so brilliant for our sons (4 and 9) and the house is an easy distance from shops but also gorgeously private. We spent mornings and even a few whole days at ‘home’, enjoying the pool and garden together with the welcome shade and cool of the beautifully-kept house. We had everything we needed and really relaxed and switched off as well as having lots of fun. Thank you Helena and Francesco for looking after us so well - we would love to come back another year!

Peaceful holiday villa.

Thank you Helena, We stayed for just five nights, we needed a quiet break away and this Villa was perfect. It was very clean and tidy and the pool was wonderful. The Villa is old and rustic, authentically Portuguese with antique but adequate furniture. The kitchen is dated and unfortunately has no cupboards for food storage, just the fridge but it is clean and there is a dishwasher which is great after using the coal fired BBQ. The washing machine works well. There are two air con units, brilliant when outside gets super-hot. We didn’t get a hamper like some previous guests .. not sure why not :-( But we had a car (a must for this location) and many local food shops are just a few minutes drive. The beach and restaurants are also very close by. We enjoyed our stay at Casa Opotipot in Albufeira.

Tolle Unterkunft für Urlauber, die Ruhe suchen. Sehr authentisches portugiesisches Haus mit allen notwendigen Utensilien. Das Wasser im Pool war mir zu kalt, wobei es sicherlich bei hohen Temperaturen im Sommer sehr erfrischend ist. Trotzdem war es wunderbar auf der Liege unter dem Sonnenschirm ein Buch zu lesen oder einfach die Ruhe zu genießen.Man ist schnell in der Altstadt von Albufeira oder auch im Hafen, Strände sind auch nicht weit (wer am Meer sein möchte). Auto ist aber notwendig, dann hat man auch die Möglichkeit ins Hinterland der Algarve zu starten, um z.B. zu wandern.

Mein Mann und ich waren 12 Tage in der Villa und haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage des Hauses ist in einer ruhigen und gepflegten Gegend, ein Auto vor Ort ist ein Muss. Der Pool und der Außenbreich mit Grill sind großzügig angelegt und sehr privat. Wir mochten die landestypische Ausstattung und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt.

Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt abseits vom Trubel von Albufeira. Netter und unkomplizierter Kontakt mit den Eigentümern (in Englisch). Blitzsauberer Pool mit wöchentlichem Poolservice, Gartenservice und Hausreinigung. Man darf sich nur nicht an gelegentlichem Hundegebell vom Nachbargrundstück stören. Uns hat es nur unwesentlich gestört und wir würden das Haus jederzeit wieder buchenjedrjeyerzeit

Schönes Haus mit tollem Pool

Das Haus ist in einer ruhigen Lage in Albufeira. Lediglich die Hunde des Nachbarn können manchmal etwas nerven. Das Anwesen und das Haus sind sauber und gepflegt. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Das Grundstück und der Pool wurden bei unserem Besuch auch gereinigt.

La maison est tout à fait conforme à l’annonce, très bien équipée. La propreté est irréprochable. Le jardin et la piscine sont très agréables et contribuent à d’excellentes vacances reposantes. La voiture reste indispensable pour se déplacer. L’arrivée est facilitée par un très bon contact avec la propriétaire et des instructions simples. Merci pour ce très bon accueil.

Perfecta, tranquila,cerca de Albufeira,pero sin estar en el centro,opción de pedir comida a domicilio (Globo).La zona de la piscina,íntima y sin ruidos,con sol desde primera hora de la mañana hasta las 19h. Helena encantadora y muy atenta. Esperamos poder repetir.

Obrigado pela sua sugestão. Todos os anos temos o cuidado de fazer uma higienização da casa e do exterior para evitar pregas. Não tendo chovido este verão e tendo a senhora permanecido nos dias das primeiras chuvas, esta situação de seca estrema potenciou este tipo de situações (assim relatam os jornais regionais). Continuaremos o controle e vigia, embora alongo dos vários anos, como poderá ter lido nos comentários anteriores, é um fenômeno muito raro nas nossa vivenda e a senhor teve esta infelicidade de o registar. Já não ha nenhum inseto nos arredores, mas a senhora já regressou. Obrigado pela indicação que já tinha feito na sua estadia e nos fomos de imediato a supervisionar Melhores Comprimentos
