Enjoy a relaxing getaway on the quieter island section of Hampton Beach in our comfortable condo, just steps from the sand and water! Our two bedroom condo includes two comfortable queen beds, and an open concept kitchen.

Also included are a washer and dryer (laundry detergent provided), a full bathroom, and kitchen amenities (e.g. drip coffee maker, pots/pans, silverware, dishes, toaster, blender, etc.) Everything you need for a relaxing getaway is included here. Located conveniently between Hampton State Park and the Hampton Beach 'Center', you are never far from something to do!

Awesome stay

What an amazing place! Conveniently located, clean, everything you need for a great stay. We would definitely rent it again, perfect for a friends trip or to bring family! The only thing I would say is we couldn’t find the pots and pans to cook, but it also didnt bother us to eat out at all the amazing places in the area.

Awesome getaway

Great little spot where you can hear the waves with a short walk to beach. Pretty quite street giving it's proximity to the boardwalk. Just wish our parking spot was closer to the unit.Another great vacation in the Live Free or Die state!!

50 Steps to the beach!

The property is amazing, safe and very clean! This is the 2nd year I’ve stayed here. Location is very close to restaurants and coffee shops. My favorite part is that I’m 50 steps away from the beach!!!!

Nice place in great location

The place is nice, as pictured and location is great. Literally 100 steps to the beach. The beds are comfy. Walkable to the bars and restaurants. Superficial cleaning was done - it could use a deep clean.

Home away from home

We had a lovely stay. It is a very cozy, clean and spacious place, across from the beach, yet, private and secure. everything was as described: well- equipped kitchen, spacious living room, easy parking, smooth check in and check out. We highly recommend this place.

Beach Ready!

This was the perfect spot for a family getaway with me and my girls. The condo was clean and very welcoming. We were just 50 feet to the beach!! It was amazing and hope to go back next year.

I booked this spot for my wife’s bday getaway. We also brought her brother and sister in law as well. The property was very nice on a dead end street close to everything so very convenient. The host was amazing to work with, communication was excellent throughout the process, property was very clean and exactly what was listed on the site.

Cosy condo

The condo was very clean, stocked with everything we needed (towels, pots/pans, spices, toiletries). The location is really convenient- just a few steps to the beach. Melissa was really responsive, the check in - super easy. I have allergies, so i really appreciated that there was no carpet. We really enjoyed our stay, and hope to come back soon.

A snap deck or porch would have been good

For the most part we loved it. I would suggest a blind in the second window, the houses are too close together. There was a smell of vinegar in one the cabinets. Everything else was fantastic.

We ad to park our car 2 blocks away,while others could park outside room.

The place was nice, but there was no A/C just fans. Couldn't park car there while others were allowed. Didn't tell us there wasn't a pool.

Great Location

Great location for exploring the immediate and extended area. We stayed here in the "off season" but still enjoyed how close it was to the beach! It was also convenient for our day trips to Boston and Salem. It was really nice to park right our from as the "Residents Only" restriction ended on October 15th.

Cozy, comfortable and clean

We spent this past week at this location. We found it cozy, comfortable and most of all clean. Literally steps to the beach. Would recommend blackout curtains in bedrooms because if the motion detection spotlights go on, the blinds/curtains in the bedroom right off of the living room do not keep the light out, actually gets pretty bright at 2am.. Would also recommend a small basin to rinse feet off before entering when coming in from the beach. We swept the floors every evening to help combat the sand, but you are at the beach. Jessica emailed us to let us know that we would be able to get into the unit earlier than expected and was quick to report when there was an issue with the smoke detector/alarm that started to go off randomly Fri morning/afternoon and had someone out immediately to take care of it. We will definitely look to book here again if we come back to the area. Dave & Lori

Excellent place!

Wonderful property! I am a senior lady traveling with a friend. Place was very clean, beds very comfortable, and owner very responsive! Parking was about 400 steps away but felt safe and easy! I’d definitely come again!

Great stay

I rented this condo for the whole winter. It was clean and warm and cozy, and everything was exactly as described. Check-in was simple, and throughout my few months there, the owner Jessica was very responsive, kind, and helpful. It's literally about 20 steps from the beach, and a short walk from all the "action" in Hampton, so couldn't be a better location if you're looking for a Hampton Beach stay. Thank you for a very pleasant experience, I would definitely rent this place again if I need a place to stay in Hampton again!
