Polo Beach House is a unique 3500 sq ft property with singular direct beach access to Polo Beach.
Walk out of your oceanfront yard over a short lava rock path to put toes in the powdery sand, snorkel, boogie board and sand castle. Come back to jump in the pool, enjoy a hot tub, barbecue and watch the sun set from your private lawn and lanai.
Spectacular views of Molokini, Kaho’olawe, Lanai and West Maui. Ocean views from almost every room, including the kitchen sink! Wake up and go to sleep with the sound of the ocean. This is a beach and ocean lover’s dream.
Walk across the sand to the Wailea pathway and access resorts and restaurants. Guests can rent kayaks, stand up paddle boards, boogie boards, and snorkel gear at the opposite end of the beach or arrange for drop off with the property manager. The Shops at Wailea are a 5 minute drive away.
Nearby are Maui’s best golf courses including the Wailea blue course, the emerald course, and the gold course.
Remote work is possible in private office with gorgeous views over Polo Beach, reliable high speed internet, sit/stand desk and Apple Studio Display, or use the fitness equipment while watching a show.

Shallow entry beach within walking distance to restaurants, shops, and water activities! Its all about the beach, marine environment and its respectful enjoyment. During the winter, we see whales off the front lawn and you can grab a kayak to get a closer look at turtles and fish!
