Welcome to this absolutely gorgeous 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo with absolutely AMAZING Mountain/Water fall/Lake views!!
*PLEASE inquire before booking, we are requiring that January and February months get booked together every year. The country club is located behind the gates of a very quiet and lovely community.
This condo has recently undergone a MAJOR remodel and has been completely remodeled from the floor to ceiling to include all brand new double pane vinyl windows, porcelain tile floors, new paint, new doors, granite counters/bar, ALL brand new furniture, ALL brand new appliances, New carpet in both bedrooms, ceiling fans in every room, flat screen TVs in every room, New patio furniture & BBQ and all brand new furnishings (Towels, sheets, bedding, plates and dishes) etc...

The community has 6 resort style heated pools as well as night lit tennis courts, pickle ball courts and of course GOLF on this very challenging 18 hole Ted Robinson par 3 golf course!!

The community is centrally located in La Quinta near many great restaurants/shopping and we are also right across the street from the world famous Indian Wells Tennis Gardens.

Load and start the dishwasher
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Turn AC up to 85°
Wash all dishes used as that’s not included in the cleaning fee
Close all windows and blinds
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Rental agreement, policy and procedures paperwork required to be filled out by named renter, which also includes credit card info for each reservation
Any multi family guests or guests with pets must get approval prior to booking.
We require unit to be cleaned every 30 days. *PLEASE inquire before booking, we are requiring that January and February months get booked together

Palm Royale

This is such a welcoming friendly community! Loved staying here and made so many friends while here through the winter months. The condo was well stocked. Brian was very responsive to any issues. I found being on the lower floor a bit noisy at times, but that was part of the price for ease of entry on the ground floor.

Palm Desert condo

I stayed at this property with my wife and later an adult son. The location was perfect from this private quiet gated community. Close to golf, restaurants, shopping, movie theaters, health clubs and the airport. The condo had great views of the par 3 golf course on property, a lake with a fountain , palm trees and the mountains in the background. The condo itself was fully updated with flat screens in every room with cable, modern bathrooms with great showers and a full updated kitchen with everything we needed, comfortable beds with plenty of closet space. The owner was there when we checked in, which was 3 hours late and I really appreciated that. He gave us the tour and fully explained all the details we needed to know. He even provided and easy to follow handbook about the condo and left his phone number in case we needed him. There is a garage for parking plus ample other parking. the WiFi worked great which is very important to me.

Paradise!

We love this 2 bedroom condo just across the street from the tennis gardens. The property manager is very helpful and prompt with communications. The condo is extremely clean and at a perfect location in the gated community with beautiful views of the golf course and mountains. We absolutely love the amenities - golf, tennis and pickleball. I would highly recommend this location. It was a welcome get away from cold Idaho! Karen

Great Place to Spend the Winter

We couldn't ask for a better stay. The complex was terrific with great people all around. The condo is very well done and Brian was great to work with. My wife and I spent two months there and hated to leave.

All you could ask for in a vacation rental

The owner of this condo has taken great pains to ensure a wonderful stay. First he did a fantastic job of remodeling and updating the unit. Second, he has worked hard to ensure that it remains in pristine condition. Third, he honestly cares for his guests and will do whatever it takes to make them comfortable and happy. The views from the unit are spectacular, particularly at sunrise. The amenities in the complex are great and include multiple pools, gold and tennis. The location is ideal- we walked to the tennis garden across the street and avoided all the traffic and parking hassles. Despite 97 degree outside temperatures, the condo remained cool enough to leave the AC off most of the time. The neighbors are quiet and respectful so a good night sleep was the order of the day. Loved pretty much everything about this place but it all starts with the care shown by its owner.

Great Location w/ great views.

We arrived to our surprise to a remodeled two bedroom units with all new bathrooms, and kitchen with granite counters and SS appliances. The unit over looked a small lake and fairway and green. It is located across the street from Indian Wells Tennis Center which made the walk to the tennis venue . I would recommend this unit to anyone looking for a place in Indian Wells or La Quinta. They allowed small dog which was a plus for us. Brian was great to work with.

Beautiful Condo with a View in a Great Desert Location

Brian was easy to deal with and quick to respond to questions. We were impressed that both he and his wife took the time to meet us personally at the condo, go over everything, and lived relatively nearby so we could call them if we had any problems. The condo was completely renovated and upgraded with granite countertops and new tile in the bathrooms, but most important, the beds were very comfortable and beautifully appointed, and the kitchen was well stocked with everything needed. Sitting on the back patio was my favorite place to read or relax with its gorgeous views of the golf course, lake, mountains and flowering trees and plants. The complex itself with its six pools and waterfalls was immaculately maintained. The location was good with easy access to points of interest, shopping, casinos and entertainment. We certainly look forward to renting again in the future, especially since we could bring our small dog along with who enjoyed our morning walks around the quiet, gated community; loved our stay and are looking forward to returning in the future!
