As you enter through the front door this open floor plan provides a spacious kitchen with an eat-in dining area to your left and large pass through to the living area, allowing for easy entertaining.

The kitchen features beautiful sandstone tile flooring and sleek black appliances throughout; including a side by side fridge with ice maker and water dispenser, digital microwave, dishwasher, oven, and glass top stove. Slate colored Corian counter-tops provide plenty of room for cooking, baking, and entertaining. There is also a double drop down sink and easily accessible, under-cabinet glass wine rack. You will also find everything you need for creating fantastic meals and enjoying all the comforts of home, such as a coffee maker, toaster, blender and a full range of utensils, dishes, glasses, and cookware. The eat-in dining area contains a round oak table and matching oak chairs with seating for four. Round place mats in soft blue compliment the kitchen counters.

Moving just beyond the Kitchen you will find the living room.The living room is painted in the inviting muted colors of the desert sands and is tastefully furnished with a brown leather sofa, matching loveseat, and club chair; offering plenty of conversational seating around the rustic wooden coffee table or the perfect place to take in a movie or watch the game on the large flat screen television featuring a sound bar speaker system with additional sub wolfer positioned to take advantage of the spacious vaulted ceilings.

Directly connected to the living room you will find the den with additional closet storage, bookcase, and large, built-in corner office desk. Here you can easily set up your laptop, MP3 docking station or any other device. The Western Belle also offers free WiFi, making it easy to stay connected with friends and family or check back in with the office.

Moving to the right of the den you take the main hallway to the bedrooms. Passing down the hall on your right you will find a full sized coat closet with ample housekeeping supplies and more room for storage if needed. As you follow the hall around the corner to the right you will come to the laundry room with updated front-loading washer and dryer as well as overhead cabinetry and shelving.

The master bedroom allows for enjoyment of the beautiful Arizona skies with its large bay window and window seating. The queen size bed continues the lovely southwest rustic decor with its large wood and wrought iron headboard and ranch themed linens.

You will find the master bathroom directly across from the bed. The master bathroom contains a garden tub and shower combination and a private toilet on the opposite side. The master bath ties the southwestern theme of the bedroom together by featuring neutral shades of taupe and brown along with pops of crimson color reminiscent of Arizona's famous sunsets!

From the master bedroom, continuing past the laundry room to the end of the alcove you have the guest bathroom, featuring a large vanity space with plenty of lighting and a tub/shower combination. The guest bathroom also services the second bedroom which is located back down the alcove and to the left. The second bedroom also features vaulted ceilings, a wall closet with additional shelving, wooden nightstand and plenty of restful room on the queen sized bed with a charming wrought iron headboard. The room also features a large mirror as well as a convenient luggage rack. And is painted in warm mocha brown.

And the perfect place to enjoy the colors of the evening desert is in the Western Belle's backyard. The backyard is reached just off of the living room to the left of the den by way of a sliding glass door. The door leads out under the covered patio area with a stainless steel propane grill and gorgeous rattan patio seating. The patio table is rattan and glass top with four matching chairs dressed in a festive floral pattern. It is the ideal place for taking advantage of those mild evenings with a little alfresco dining.

As you venture forth from the covered patio you will come to the large, east facing pool perfectly situated in the center of the yard to be surrounded by the lush landscaping of palm trees, multicolored lantana, rose bush, and large corner shade tree. The pool features an extended deck with lounge chairs and pebble tech surfacing, making for a private oasis in the heart of Surprise.

For those days when you wish to explore the surrounding area however, there is plenty to do nearby. For Starters there is spring training to take in with the Kansas City Royals and the Texas Rangers. If you prefer to be the one behind the ball Surprise offers plenty of first rate golfing at any of its eight championship golf courses. It's also not surprising that Surprise has plenty to do to cool off, including the aquatic center and many splash-pads throughout the community. You can even go on a nearby hike that takes you to a rare desert waterfall, talk about cool!

~ Casago provides a starter pack which will include hand soap, body wash, shampoo and conditioner, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods, and laundry soap. Please refrain from using "flushable wipes."
~ No pets or large gatherings
~ Renter must park in the garage or visitor parking spaces. Repeated over night parking in the visitor parking is not allowed.
~ No smoking inside, outside the property, or on the premises. $1000.00 fee billed to guests if there is any visual evidence, the smell of smoke in the home found upon check-out, or smoke detected in the house. Our no-smoking policy includes the smoking of marijuana and vape pens.
~ Homes are electronically monitored for noise and smoke detection
~ Utility caps apply. This 2 bedroom has a $150 utility allowance per 30 days ($5 per day.) Guest are responsible for any amount billed over the $150 utility cap. Utility cap overages will be charged to a credit card on file for stays over 21 days or longer.
~ All Casago Homes are inspected every 30 days to change filters and batteries and service the lock. We appreciate your cooperation in advance.
~ Guest booking the homes must be at least 25 years of age. Reservation holder must be at the home unless approved in advance by Casago.
~ All reservations are subject to a background check and an additional screening fee. The reservation holder must submit their driver's license and Selfie thru Guest Ranger and sign the Casago management rental agreement within 72 hours of booking.
