Villa Armonia is situated 15 km from the town of Loutraki, 100 km from Athens and 130km from Athens International Airport El. Venizelos, built at a high spot with a panoramic view ove r the salt-water lake of Vouliagmeni and the Corinthian Gulf.

THE VILLA, with a total area of 160 sq. m, is laid out in three levels; it is fully equipped and can facilitate up to 6 persons:

The ground floor, 46 sq. m, allows direct access to the swimming pool. It includes main rooms: a large master bedroom with a double size bed and
bathroom.

The 1st floor, 67 sq. m, consists of one big space; a kitchen –dining room and a comfortable living-room with a fireplace and a WC
The spacious balcony of this floor also allows access to the garden and swimming pool.

The 2nd floor, 47 sq. m, includes two bedrooms with spacious closets and a large bathroom with a bathtub. This floor also provides balconies with a lovely view and an external atrium of 20 sq. m.

The interior is designed with a refined sense of aesthetics, and combines modern amenities of a vacation lodge with the simplicity of a quiet refuge. This makes Villa Armonia "1" an ideal destination for a peaceful and relaxing vacation.

The area surrounding it, 2000 sq. m, includes a swimming pool, Jacuzzi, children’s playground, a barbeque and a beautifully maintained garden. All external spaces and verandas provide comfortable sitting facilities and above all an endless view of the idyllic lake.
