Beautiful location and lovely front garden to enjoy. Quiet neighbourhood with amenities steps away.. Flat was clean, plenty of storage and easy check-in. Big enough kitchen should you wish to cook. Good for our 4 night stay.

What a charming flat and what an ideal location! We so enjoyed our time in Bayswater. Elena was a superior host--warm, responsive, and accommodating. This really is an ideal option for a several-day stay in London.

We had a lovely stay in this little studio room. The location is wonderful - close to the park, easy to walk to many spots and very close to 3 main Tube lines. The room, bath and kitchen were clean and tidy. Elena was a gracious and responsive host.

Amazing location!!

So glad we booked our reservation for this adorable flat. Convenient location to the underground, Kensington Palace and surrounding Park, with lots of food options readily available. Great pubs just around the corner!

A really nice stay and a perfect location!

All in all the flat ended up being a really great place to stay and experience London! It was the perfect size for my wife and I, and the location was incredible. Always a tube ride away from everything, can’t ask for more!

We loved our stay

The location of the flat was perfect for all the things we wanted to do while in London. It had everything we needed and little touches like juice and milk in the fridge and snacks upon arrival. We definitely would stay here again on a future visit to London.

Well equipped, quiet and great location. We found the room very warm, particularly the kitchen area. Some instructions on how to turn the underfloor heating down or off would be welcome - but hope to stay again next year.

Perfect spot

Our stay was lovely. The location is perfect for walking, taking the tube or catching one of the tour buses. The space was lovely and just what we needed for our stay. I would absolutely stay again and recommend it to others .
