Deferred maintenance ; lack of comfort.

Completely spoiled holidays: we were bothered by a lot of noise and dust from grinding of natural stone and from concrete mill ( during our 5 weeks stay from the beginning to the end !),.The neighbors were renovating there villa and also constructing a swimming pool so there was a construction site at a distance of 5 to 10 meters from our terrace! This property should not have been rented in this period. Conclusion: indecent of the owner and totally unacceptable for the tenant . We expect your organization to do something about it!

Zum erholen entspannen ausschalten.... ist das der richtiger Ort, gerne wieder👍

Das Haus ist super gelegen ziemlich zentral aber dennoch ruhig vom ganzen... Von der Terasse aus hat man eine super Aussicht auf das Meer. Der Pool ist ideal auch gut für Kinder geeignet, im außen Bereich hat man die Möglichkeit gehabt zu grillen oder sich nur zu Sonnen. Innen im Haus war alles da was man so benötigt. Die Betten waren alle frisch bezogen, reichlich frische Handtücher waren auch bereit gelegt. Uns allen hat es sehr gefallen, die Kinder haben wir nicht mehr aus dem Pool raus bekommen👍

"La casa es tal y como se ve en las fotos, es un sitio muy tranquilo, ideal para ir con niños, unas vistas maravillosas, y una propietaria encantadora. Recomendable, eso sí para personas sin discapacidad pues hay escaleras, necesitas coche para desplazarte, pero es un sitio con encanto, mis hijos quedaron maravillados."

"location très agréable :...

"location très agréable : un intérieur plein de gout( style magazine déco), jardin réellement privatif et ombragé, jolie piscine, maison fraiche ( par grosse chaleur en juillet nous n avons absolument pas souffert de l absence de clim ), propre et bien équipée. La chambre single communique avec la master et parait donc plus appropriée pour un jeune enfant. Tres agréables vues mer de l'ensemble de la maison y compris de la terrasse autour de la piscine. De nombreux espaces repos/ terrasses confèrent à cette maison tout son charme. Comme expliqué dans l annonce maison sur deux niveaux , piscine en contre bas donc location déconseillée à toute personne à mobilité réduite. Au total,annonce conforme pour cette location très agréable que nous recommenderions sans hésiter."
