Get away to a comfortable, spacious and bright home in a quiet neighborhood with a brand new, gorgeous kitchen. A heat pump/air conditioning system with controls in every room keep the house at the perfect temperature winter or summer and a 4-person saltwater hot tub is perfect for quiet evenings on the deck year round.

You will have this three-bedroom home all to yourself: in addition to the new kitchen, unit has large, comfortable bedrooms, a stylish living room, two brand new bathrooms, a big TV room with a home theater system and a full dining room. Reliable gigabit high-speed fiber internet with plenty of bandwidth for all the streaming or Zoom meetings you want.

The TV room has a comfortable Italian leather sofa with a 55” TV and 7.1 surround sound home theater system.

All the bedrooms have big screen TVs. Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu and HBO streaming services are all included. A Sonos system provides music in all the common spaces and the living room features a high-end audio system if you want to get serious about listening.

The kitchen has a dishwasher, an island with stools to enjoy breakfast or lunch, a breakfast nook with picture windows and booth seating, an induction cooktop, a convection oven and so many ways to make coffee. (Seriously, if you really like coffee you can make it a different way every morning.) Just off the kitchen is a small deck with a gas grill and the hot tub.

The two bathrooms are recently renovated with a new large shower upstairs and a beautiful deep tub and shower downstairs.

Guests also have access to a washer and dryer conveniently located next to the 2 upstairs bedrooms. A Level 2 electric vehicle charging station available upon request for EV owners.

The home is 5 minutes from downtown and the airport. Whole Foods is also just a short drive away--as is Trader Joe's and other local supermarkets. And of course Portland has world class restaurants.

We own this two-family house, and you will be staying in the unit that is our home, which consists of the top two floors. (Our downstairs year-round tenant has a separate entrance.) You'll have access to everything except our bedroom/bathroom and study, which will be locked. One of your bedrooms has a king and the other two have queens.

No smoking of any kind is allowed anywhere on the property.

Lovely home

Lovely home with great communication with the host. Home was very clean with great amenities. Only downfall is parking quite conjested when we arrived. Was better towards the end of our stay, but totally out of the hosts control. Would highly recommended.

Perfect family spot!

This house was perfect for our family of 6. The bedrooms and bathrooms were lovely. The coffee nook was amazing! We hung out in the room with the music which was a nice bonus. The location was walkable to breakfast and a short Uber ride to downtown. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend the house!

A weekend in Portland

The accommodations are lovely and comfortable, making us feel at home immediately. While this property is located in a well established, older residential neighborhood, it is within walking distance to dining and a wonderful bakery. We were glad to have chosen this Vrbo for our weekend getaway and would absolutely recommend it to others.

Wonderful weekend in Portland

Me and my family spent 2 nights at the Ashmont house. Perfect space for 3 couples, one of which has a 2 year old. Clean, easy to access and in a perfect neighborhood. Would recommend for anyone visiting the Portland area.

Just what we were looking for

My family and I celebrated my son's graduation from nursing school and rented this wonderful spacious home for three days. It is located in a very nice neighborhood in Portland. This great house has ample room for a family. It is very well appointed with everything anyone would need. I recommend this VRBO home highly.

Beautiful Home, Great Location

We had an amazing stay! Will was very responsive and was flexible with our check in/out time. The home was beautiful and very clean. We cooked a couple of nights and we were so impressed with the amount of kitchen equipment and spices available to us! Also, the home is in a nice, quiet neighborhood and not too far from the downtown. A perfect getaway. We highly recommend!

Beautiful home & neighborhood!

Stayed for a long weekend with friends. We are two couples that get together once a year to catch up since we live in different states. The house a central area to hang out and several rooms to allow for privacy. Beautifully decorated and had many amenities in every room! Great location in a quiet neighborhood and within 10 mins many activities. Host was very responsive to questions and provided plenty of suggestions for food and things to do. We would definitely stay there again. Highly recommended!

Excellent home!

Will and Sarah have an incredibly cute home in Portland. It was extremely clean, bright, and I appreciated that it had a lot of character (not like one of those places that is obviously only a short term rental). The photos were very accurate. The house slept 5 of us very comfortably and could definitely handle an additional person if needed--the place had a lot of living space and we weren’t on top of each other. It was great that all of us could have our own space. The hot tub was also a wonderful addition!

Charming Home

We enjoyed our stay in this charming home over the Thanksgiving weekend. As a family of four, with two young adult daughters, the house provided ample space and each daughter had her own room. The kitchen is well-stocked with dishes, cookware, utensils, and staples. Plenty of fresh towels in bathrooms. We appreciated the location on a quiet street, as well as parking. The best part, though, is communication with the owners. Will was very responsive and accommodating, even allowing us to bring our 11-year-old Golden Retriever so she could be included in family time too.

next time I will confirm that the home is on the first floor and ease of getting into a shower. I have a disability and the steps were a surprise and getting into the tub/shower was comical.

Although we do explain in the listing that the unit is the second and third floors of the house, maybe we should figure out how to feature that fact more prominently. And although the shower on the third floor is easy to get in and out of--that must not have done you any good because I bet the stairs to the third floor were a challenge. At any rate--I'm sorry the house presented a challenge to your mobility issues. But thanks for staying with us (and leaving everything so clean!)

Wedding Weekend

We rented this beautiful home for our daughter’s wedding in Portland. We needed a place that would be able to accommodate the bridal party preparing for the wedding on Saturday morning. The house was perfect. It is so much larger than the pictures show. The first floor was able to handle the bridal party, photographer, and makeup people very comfortably. The neighborhood is a great spot and the neighbors are very nice. Will and Sarah were great to communicate with. They even talked to the neighbors beforehand and were able to help to make sure parking would not be an issue on the big day. The only regret on our stay was not having any time to relax and enjoy the house or explore the neighborhood. I guess that will have to wait until next time we stay. Thank you Will and Sarah for making the day stress free so we could concentrate on our daughter and enjoy the day!

Amazing Portland Home!

I don't think we can say enough about this lovely and completely charming Portland home. As soon as we walked in, we were so impressed with the absolutely beautiful and charming decor. Every room featured lovely artwork, and the fragrance of the fresh cut lilies in the dining room was wonderful. We had everything we could possibly need in the kitchen and if you love coffee/tea, this is the house for you! The espresso machine was top notch. And the music speakers! We spent a lot of time just relaxing in the music room/living room on the comfy sofas with a nice glass of wine and listening to jazz. You felt like you were in a concert hall. The beds were super comfortable, and the house was sparkling clean. They provided soap, premium shampoo and conditioner and great lemongrass soap that was even personalized with the home's address. The owners were extremely gracious and communication was easy. They quickly answered every question we had in a prompt manner. The house is located minutes away from downtown Portland with all the restaurants and shops and also Tandem Coffee and Bakery which we highly recommend (order online at 7:45 a.m. sharp to get breakfast!). There are also several grocery stores close by, so it's very easy to get whatever you needed. We had a plug-in car, and they even had an electric car charger we were able to use. We absolutely loved this home and we can't wait to come back again in the near future for another lovely stay!

Felt Like Home

From the moment we walked in the door, it felt like we were in a cozy embrace. The home was so thoughtfully decorated, and had impeccable detailing throughout. The four of us were able to comfortably visit in any room- either while cooking meals, eating together in the dining room, or visiting in the sitting room. Each one of us said we had never slept as well as we did our week at this home! The hot tub on the deck was just the icing on the cake and really made this property one we hope to rent again. Beyond all of the comforts of the home, our hosts were just unbelievable. While out of the country they were concerned with our safety and offered us to stay another night due to an impending storm. I can’t think of anywhere else I would have rather spent a day inside! Truly an experience we will never forget!

Wonderful location, plenty of space and such comfortable beds

My husband and our two teenage daughters stayed in this wonderful home over the holidays while visiting family nearby. The house had plenty of room for all and the wifi was excellent - I easily worked remotely for a few days. This is a real, well-appointed home with a warm, welcoming vibe. The beds were very comfortable and the TVs in each room were a nice plus, especially for the teenagers. The hosts were so helpful and clearly have put a lot of thought into making the place work well for guests. They even have personalized soaps and shampoo/conditioner. Classy! Plus, Portland always lives up to its hype. A great town. Would highly recommend this rental and hope to stay here again sometime.

The Perfect Portland House

The house is located in a lovely neighborhood with lots of trees and flowers. It was a short drive to all of the places we wanted to visit. It is several stories with two bedrooms on the 2nd floor and one on the first. The layout was very interesting- with rooms not in straight lines. The electronics were amazing- large screen TVs in the bedrooms and one in the living room. There was also a very sophisticated sound system in another room that we did not try but were familiar with the speakers. The washer/dryer was on the 2nd floor and very convenient. There was a kitchen with all of the appliances and plenty of room to sit. The showers worked very well and I loved the large magnifying mirror in the downstairs bathroom. The WIFI was fine and all 4 of us, with our multiple devices, had no problems connecting to the internet. Will and Sarah were delightful- they provided very clear instructions for everything and responded quickly to some questions that we had after checking in. We had a memorable time and would happily return.

My family of four thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Will and Sarah's very spacious home. It was conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood with restaurants and stores in close proximity. Sarah very generously encouraged us to use food items in her pantry and the variety of appliances including the fancy espresso machine, which we did. The artwork was very appealing and the beds and furniture were comfortable. The house was very spacious which provided privacy and allowed us to work remotely. There were great updated technology features inside with high speed internet and the street parking right outside the home was convenient. Our stay was very comfortable and enjoyable. Thank you.
