“Best holidays ever” according to the kids!

... and who are we to deny :). We have had a great stay here with our 4 kids (3-8 years). Place is simple, but big enough and clean. Airco in livingroom, washingmachine (no dishwasher, but who cares with cheap great restaurants), rooftop terrace and a nice beach at 10 min walking. If you’re looking for a 5 star luxureous villa, look for something else, but otherwise you will love this place! Only -/- was the lack of a proper showercabin (bathroom will always get soaked) and please replace the beds in the smallest room. You do need a car to get around; nearest small shop is 15/20 min walking. Grazie Alberto & Giovanna!! We hope to come back

Traumhafte Lage und sehr schönes Grundstück

Wir haben und in diesem Haus sehr willkommen gefühlt. Es hat eine traumhafte Lage, wenige Minuten zu Fuß von einer tollen Badebucht entfernt. Die Ausstattung war super - es hat an nichts gefehlt. Unser Eindruck: Hier wird kontinuierlich renoviert und alles wird top in Ordnung gehalten. Besonders haben uns die beiden Terrassen gefallen: Eine auf dem Dach mit Meerblick und eine im Garten mit Grill. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter vor Ort war absolut unproblematisch und sehr freundlich. Das Haus ist ein ruhig gelegener und guter Ausgangspunkt Baden (5 Minuten zu Fuß ans Meer), Kultur (Noto in 15 Minuten, Syrakus in 45 Minuten und Ragusa in etwas über 1 Stunde mit dem Auto erreichbar) und für Wanderungen. Jederzeit gern wieder.

"Ci siamo trovati bene. La casa è semplicemente arredata ma funzionale. Sarebbe necessario un piccolo ritocco o tinteggiatura delle pareti. Il contesto è buono anche se la spiaggia in agosto e soprattutto al sabato e alla domenica è affollata e la strada di accesso invasa da automobili in cerca di parcheggio. La spiaggia è bella come tutte quelle nei dintorni, andrebbe curata la pulizia. Gentili e disponibili i proprietari"
