Very contemporary in its design, this new house is very comfortable, spacious and bright. You are 5 minutes walk from the sea, 10 minutes from the beach, the city center and the market open every day (summer).

This house is equipped with electric heating. In addition, a south-facing private courtyard with garden furniture and deckchairs and a small courtyard offer an interesting area for relaxation.
Fully fenced with parking at the entrance and small lawned garden at the back, this house is located in a very quiet environment 300m from the sea. The proximity of shops, the town center and the beach does not require the use of the car.
