Very contemporary in its design, this new house is very comfortable, spacious and bright. You are 5 minutes walk from the sea, 10 minutes from the beach, the city center and the market open every day (summer).
It offers a living area of ​​120 m2, with a living room of 40 m2 with kitchen, 2 bedrooms with 1 double bed 140 and 1 bedroom with 2 beds 90. It has two bathrooms and two separate toilets. La maison est idéalement placée au calme , le port, la plage, les commerces et le marché sont accessibles à pieds. La maison est très agréable, bien équipée, lumineuse, grand séjour/ cuisine superbe terrasse à vivre aux beaux jours, 3 chambres bien séparées du reste de la maison. BBQ très pratique sur roues. L'accueil est sympathique, Gisèle est une hôte charmante. Délicate attention une bouteille de Pineau vous attend au frais à l'arrivée. La cour devant est spacieuse pour permettre le parking de plusieurs véhicules. L'île est praticable est vélo au quotidien c'est appréciable. Possibilité de louer une petite maison derrière celle-ci pour les familles nombreuses. Je recommande. .BBQ BBBBBBQ

très bien situé à proximité des commerces, plage, phare et nombreuses visites dans un lotissement au calme. Maison très bien équipée il y a vraiment tout ce qu'il faut. L'accueil fut parfait et sympathique. On recommande vivement et si nous revenons on relouera là c'est sûr.

Wunderbares Feriendomizil

dieses Haus ist großzügig und wunderbar. Es ist alles da, was wir zum Wohlfühlen gebraucht haben. Großer Wohnraum, gut ausgestattete Küche, großer Garten mit viel Sonne auch im September. Madam Pineau hat uns freundlich empfangen und das Haus und die Ausstattung gut erklärt. Von hier aus kann man den Ort gut zu Fuß erkunden, der nächste Strand ist nur ein paar Minuten entfernt, am Hafen gibt es gute Lokale, die Bäckerei ist auch in der Nähe. Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub und der nächste Aufenthalt ist bereits geplant. Danke an Familie Pineau, wir kommen gerne wieder!

Très agréable location, telle qu'annoncée. Mme Pineau, la propriétaire, est une femme charmante, qui prend le temps de vous "présenter" sa maison dès votre arrivée. Ce n'est pas si souvent le cas pour l'apprécier à sa juste valeur. Niveau de propreté impeccable, et tout ce qui est nécessaire à un séjour tranquille est présent. Très, très content.

Emplacement superbe

Effectivement proche de tous les commerces à pieds au calme dans une belle résidence. Au top pour les personnes qui ont des enfants en bas âge car les chambres sont de l'autre côté de la maison. Le seul bémol mais sa c'est pas du au logement mais à la situation de l'île c'est de ne pas avoir de pediatre sur l'île.

Herrliche Herbsttage in perfekter Umgebung

Das neuwertige und sehr individuell geschnittene Haus liegt am Rande des schönen Ortes Saint Denis im Norden der Insel. Der Strand in Richtung Festland mit seinen Gezeiten ist nur wenige Meter entfernt. In unmittelbarer Nähe liegen Supermarkt, mehrfacher Wochenmarkt, Restaurants (nicht alle haben noch jeden Tag zu dieser Jahreszeit geöffnet) und der schöne Yachthafen von Saint Denis. Das Haus ist in einem hervorragendem Zustand und sehr schön und individuell geschnitten. Großer Wohnraum, drei, abseits gelegene Schlafzimmer, zwei Bäder und zwei WCs. Der schöne Innenhof hat selbst im Oktober, ab Mittag noch ausreichend Sonne zu bieten. Gute Ausstattung, es fehlte uns an nichts. Madame Pinot nahm uns freundlich in Empfang und erklärte geduldig die Ausstattung und die Möglichkeiten rund um unseren Aufenthalt. Wir verbrachten 9 wunderbare Tage in den diesjährigen Herbstferien auf der Ile d`Oleron und konnten, trotz der späten Jahreszeit alle Vorzüge vollumfänglich genießen. Wir waren sicherlich nicht zum letzten Male in dieser schönen Unterkunft. Danke an Monsieur und Madame Pinot für dieses so gepflegte Haus und die persönliche Betreuung. Les Beinis

Tolles Haus und Garten, sehr ruhig gelegen. Der Ort ist sehr beschaulich und alles ist fussläufig zu erreichen. Ein großzügiger Garten mit Grill rundet ein gelungenen Urlaub ab. Auf der gesamten Insel gibt es überall etwas zu entdecken, sogar Strände die fast Menschen leer waren. Fazit, gerne wieder 👍

Petite pépite Oléronaise.

Découvert cette location semaine 27 de 2020 lors de l’organisation annuelle de notre fratrie composée de quatre frères. La maison bâti dans le plus pur respect des constructions charentaises respecte le charme et la noblesse des matériaux. Les propriétaires ont su aménager avec gout les diverses pièces de l’habitation sans oublier des extérieurs chaleureux et entretenus. L’intérieur est décoré sobrement avec quelques touches çà et là rappelant le secteur géographique. Calme, reposant, confortable, bien équipé, commerces, port, plage, marché, terrains de boules olympiques, à quelques mètres, rien ne manque pour contribuer à passer un excellent séjour. Un nouveau remerciement à nos hôtes dont les compétences au niveau de l’hospitalité ne sont plus à faire.

Wir waren bereits zum zweiten Mal in diesem Haus und haben den Aufenthalt erneut sehr genossen. Die Villa, ihre Lage und die Räume sind schön. Die Gegend ist ruhig, das Meeresrauschen als leises, angenehmes Hintergrundgeräusch vorhanden. In wenigen Minuten ist man am Strand oder im Ort, der neben täglichem Markt einen kleinen Supermarkt und gute Restaurants bietet. Der Empfang und die Rückgabe waren sehr freundlich,

Notre séjour dans la maison de M. et Mme Pineau

Nous avons été reçu très gentiment et très sympathiquement par Madame Pineau. Nous avons même eu droit à une bouteille de Pineau au frais dans le frigo. Cette maison de plein-pied est très agréable avec une grande pièce à vivre incluant une cuisine très fonctionnelle. Les 3 chambres ne sont pas très grandes mais cela n'a pas été gênant. Sur les 2 salles d'eau, 1 est petite et est à l'opposé des chambres, mais, là encore, cela n'a pas été une contrainte insurmontable. Concernant le Wifi, pas de souci sauf dans les chambres car trop éloignées de la box. Je pense qu'un répétiteur de signal positionné au bout du couloir serait le bienvenu. La terrasse est très agréable avec tout l'équipement nécessaire. Pour stationner nos 2 voitures, aucun problème non plus car il y a largement la place pour les garer à l'intérieur de la propriété fermée par un portail. En conclusion, nous avons donc passé une super semaine dans cette agréable maison. Merci encore à Madame Pineau pour son accueil chaleureux.

Accueil et séjour toujours aussi agréables

Après plusieurs années c'est toujours avec le même plaisir que je m'adresse à M. et Mme Pineau. Cette année j'ai choisi "la grande maison" et ne regrette vraiment pas. Tous les ingrédients sont réunis pour oublier le quotidien. Merci à eux pour leur gentillesse.

Location spacieuse, lumineuse et complète

La maison est spacieuse, bien agencé. L'espace nuit est éloigné du salon, et permet aux enfants de dormir tranquillement pendant que les parents regardent la TV. La location est parfaitement équipé, nous n'avons rien trouvé qui pourrait manquer. Merci aux propriétaires pour leur accueil, notre séjour a été parfait.
