Schöne Unterkunft ohne Betreuung

Leider wurden uns die Gebäudedaten mit Zugang, Check-In sowie weitere Informationen zur Unterkunft nur auf den Fe-Wo-Account gesandt, auf den wir im Urlaub natürlich keinen Zugriff haben. So konnten wir nicht in die Unterkunft rein. Auch haben wir keine Handynummer erhalten, an die wir uns hätten wenden können. Die von uns gebuchte Unterkunft war belegt und wir bekamen eine größere Wohnung zugeteilt. Die Unterkunft ist zweckmäßig aber eher unterdurchschnittlich eingerichtet und ausgestattet. Alles war recht sauber. Der Pool wurde einmal in der Woche vom Pool-Service eher überschlägig gechlort. Gereinigt wurde der Pool von uns. Über die 14 Tage hat sich niemand von der Agentur oder der Eigentümer gemeldet. Auch eine Schlußabnahme erfolgte nicht. Insgesamt war die Unterkunft in Ordnung, aber für den Preis nicht passend. Wir werden den nächsten Urlaub nicht in dieser Unterkunft verbringen.

Nous avons passé une très agréable semaine dans cette location bien équipée et située dans un beau cadre verdoyant et reposant .La piscine est un plus très appréciable La situation géographique est idéale pour visiter les sites comme Assisi , Perugia, Spoleto , Orvieto ... Merci à Marilena pour son accueil, sa gentillesse et ses petites attentions . Nous recommandons sans hésitation ce lieu de séjour en Ombrie Graziella et André

"Nous revenions pour la deuxième fois dans cette location et nous avons retrouvé avec grande joie les propriétaires, toujours aussi accueillants et sympathiques ! Le gîte est parfaitement équipé, la literie impeccable, l''environnement propre et la vue dégagée. Tout nous a a nouveau séduit. Deux semaines de vraies vacances : soleil, piscine, visites chaque jours de grands sites ou de petits villages typiques et riches d''histoire. Notre rêve? Y retourner une troisième fois ! "

"The Spolleto apartment i...

"The Spolleto apartment is a part of a three apartment’s house. It is located on a hill at the edge of the small village of Pozzo with great view of Gualdo Cataneo. The apartment is beautiful and convenient. We recived it clean with clean linen and two sets of clean white towels. The owner, Marilena is a wonderful friendly and caring person, we felt comfortable and welcome during our stay. The location is at the center of Umbria enabling to visit all the great towns including Perugia, Assisi, Spello, Tody Spolleto atc. We strongly recommend this place for a nice quite and beautiful vacation "

"Il miglior soggiorno fatto con Homelidays. L'appartamento (uno di tre all'interno di un'ampia villa ben soleggiata con giardino e piscina) è confortevole, pulitissimo, tranquillo e modernamente equipaggiato di ogni dotazione utile, ideale per famiglie anche numerose. Il contesto è splendido, dalla casa e dalla piscina si ha una vista stupenda sulle colline umbre. I proprietari Massimo e Marilena sono persone squisite e amichevoli senza mai essere invadenti. Da non perdere la degustazione del loro pregiato olio d'oliva. E nel giro di un'ora al massimo si raggiungono tutte le più belle località dell'Umbria."

"Neubau abseits des Dorfes mitten im Olivengarten mit traumhaftem Blick auf die umbrischen Hügel und Berge; Wohnung sehr qualitätvoll und schön eingerichtet; großes Schwimmbad in Natursteineinfassung. Vermieter sind sehr nett, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit und kümmern sich um die Pflege des Grundstücks und des Schwimmbads. Haus hat zwei weitere Ferienwohnungen; Vermieter wohnen ca. 1 km entfernt in der Via Azzolina."
