Quaint 1950's 2 bedroom house. You have two 12ft x 12ft bedrooms, Roku TV (with Amazon Prime) , living room, kitchen and 1 bathroom to yourself. Has alarm system :-) It's 10min to Clearwater Beach with only 1 turn! There's a separated, inccessible duplex-like 3rd (carport) bedroom that another Airbnb guest might be staying in, yet they cannot enter your area. Huge yards, plentiful parking, with grocery, brewery, pizzaria, clothing stores, gym and more less than a 5min walk away. No host on site! Why they chose this property

(Be sure to read the "description" first, but ...): It is fool-proof to get to one of the most beautiful beaches (Clearwater!) from this property; one road! 10min. There are larger homes and there are more modern homes, but if "just right" and a great price is your game, 315 S. Mercury Ave. is for you. There are even a few surprise musical instruments around the house.

What makes this property unique

I was Mr. Friendly in High School, literally, and am here to please, starting with the cleanliness & price! I am a native and know everything about the area; feel free to text/call anytime throughout your stay for advice. Hell, ya may even see me performing live if you go out a night or two.
