Located 700 m from the superb fine sandy beach of St Cyprien, in a peaceful, tree-lined park with swing and boules pitch, this small residential complex offers a large stone house and 6 small villas all air-conditioned with TVs and private terraces
Closed residence. Parking inside. Guardian present year round

In the village, 800 m away, there is a small shopping center and all amenities.

Porto vecchio is 7 km away. The small villas are all equipped with dishwasher, fridge, gas stove, toaster, microwave, kettle, satellite TV, barbecue, garden furniture, air conditioning / heating. Shared washing machine available.

This stone country house is planned for 9/11 people.

It consists of 4 bedrooms: a bedroom with 1 140 cm bed with a shower, another bedroom with 3 90 cm beds and a bathroom with bathtub and a terrace, the 3rd bedroom with a 140 bed and a 4th bedroom located on the ground floor which can also be an independent studio with 140 cm bed and shower with a door to the outside.

A living / dining room with 1 sofa bed, a large equipped kitchen, separate wc, 1 large terrace accessible from the dining room with its barbecue.

Compulsory cleaning of 100 € to be paid on arrival with the balance of the reservation in cash or bank transfer 48 hours in advance.

Departure: 10 a.m.

Possibility to rent household linen, rental rate € 10 per person (sheets and towel).
A deposit of 300 € will be requested and returned at the end of the stay (not cashed)

Great place to stay at a relatively affordable price

Our family enjoyed the stay here. There wasn’t very much communication prior to arrival but once we got there, everything was smooth. Location was close to the beach and shops, and accessible to major attractions. Only downside was that the internet was slow.

L'hote était très accueillant et très sympathique. Maison très grande dans son jus mais confortable. Manque quelques petits équipements mais sans importance nous avons passé une excellente semaine en famille je recommande cette maison pas loin de la plage.

Grande maison agréable

Maison idéale pour des vacances en famille avec des enfants, notamment quand il fait chaud ! La fraîcheur de la maison était précieuse ! Proche d’une plage adaptée pour les enfants. Jardin clos avec quelques jeux : les petits ont apprécié. Équipement basique mais tout à fait convenable pour nous. L’accueil de l’hôte a été très sympathique.

Vacances à Porto Vecchio

Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances. Christophe nous a très bien reçu et conseillé personne très sympathique. Nous avons eu de petits problèmes de fuite d'eau qu'il s'engage à faire réparer pour les locataires à venir. Nous garderons un bon souvenir.

Maison avec beaucoup de volume

Très bon accueil. Maison dans son jus qui nécessiterait un serieux coup de neuf et des investissements en équipements. Pas d'ustensiles de cuisine, des transat délabrés, des WC fuyant hors d'usage, la chambre du bas humide (trace d'humidité sur les murs)... Route bruyante qui peut déranger les repas sur la terrasse. Commerces à proximité.

Superbe maison fonctionnelle avec parc pour les enfants et à 700m de la plage !!

Superbe accueil de Christophe le gardien, maison super fonctionnelle avec des grands volumes, la climatisation, 2 balcons, le barbecue ... et un super parc avec des jeux pour enfants. Les nôtres ont adorés !! L'emplacement est parfait, proche de la plage de San Ciprianu, à 10 minutes de la pépite Pinarello (plage), à 10 minutes de Porto-Vecchio. Nous recommandons vivement.

Passt schon - Convient!!

Eigentlich ist das Haus - eigentlich nur 1 ½ Wohnungen in einem Haus, ganz schön. Aber in der Hausbeschreibung stand nicht, dass der Grundstücksverwalter auch im gleichen Haus in einer eigenen Wohnung wohnt. Leider hörten meine Kinder öfters spät abends seine laute Musik. Eines der Zimmer im ersten Stock ist lediglich ein abgetrenntes Stück Flur ohne Schrank, Klimaanlage oder Bad. Das Gemeinschaftsklo im 1. Stock hat kein Waschbecken. Deshalb muss man leider in der Küche die Hände waschen. Die Wohnung im Erdgeschoss hat zwar ein eigens Bad und Toilette. Beides ist aber nur mit einer 2m hohen Wand abgetrennt d.h. ein Stuhlgang ist auch eine Geruchsbelästigung für den Partner! Des Weiteren ist Schimmel im Bad an der Wand. Der Wohnbereich wurde nur sehr oberflächlich geputzt und in den Siphons war leider sehr viel fremdes Haar. Der Grill war nach einer Stunde extremen Putzens dann auch benutzbar. Das Haus liegt direkt an der Durchgangsstraße zum Strand mit einer Schwelle direkt vor dem Haus, deshalb hört man immer schön das Abbremsen oder Beschleunigen der Autos. En fait, la maison - en fait, seulement 1 ½ appartement dans une maison, est très agréable. Mais dans la description de la maison n’était pas que le gestionnaire immobilier habite dans la même maison dans un appartement séparé. Malheureusement, mes enfants ont souvent entendu sa musique forte tard dans la nuit. Une des chambres au premier étage est juste un couloir séparé sans placard, climatisation ou salle de bain. Les toilettes communes au 1er étage ne disposent pas de lavabo. C'est pourquoi vous devez malheureusement vous laver les mains dans la cuisine. L'appartement au rez-de-chaussée a sa propre salle de bain et ses toilettes. Mais les deux ne sont séparés que par un mur de 2 m de haut. Une selle est aussi une nuisance olfactive pour le partenaire! En outre, la moisissure dans la salle de bain est sur le mur. Le salon n'était nettoyé que très superficiellement et, dans les siphons, il y avait malheureusement beaucoup de cheveux étranges. Le gril était alors également utilisable après une heure de nettoyage extrême. La maison est située directement sur la route menant à la plage avec un seuil devant la maison, de sorte que vous pouvez toujours entendre le ralentissement ou l’accélération des voitures.
