Located 700 m from the superb fine sandy beach of St Cyprien, in a peaceful, tree-lined park with swing and boules pitch, this small residential complex offers a large stone house and 6 small villas all air-conditioned with TVs and private terraces .
Closed residence. Parking inside. Guardian present year round.

In the village, 800 m away, there is a small shopping center and all amenities.

Porto vecchio is 7 km away. The small villas are all equipped with dishwasher, fridge, gas stove, toaster, microwave, kettle, satellite TV, barbecue, garden furniture, air conditioning / heating. Shared washing machine available.

This small Villa is planned for 2/4 people, it consists of 2 bedrooms, one with 1 bed 140 and the other with 2 beds 90 twin beds (ideal for couple with 2 children), living / dining room with 1 sofa bed, American kitchen, bathroom / wc, covered terrace.

Compulsory cleaning of 50 € to be paid on arrival with the balance of the reservation in cash or bank transfer 48 hours in advance.

Departure: 10 a.m.

Possibility to rent linens, rental rate € 10 per person (sheets and towel)

4 nuits dans cette villa sympathique, Christophe a été très accueillant et disponible. Maison à proximité de plein de coins à visiter. Un peu plus de vaisselles pour 4 personnes aurait été top. Séjour très agréable. Mobilier extérieur (balançoire, transat) à rénover.

Pas de climatisation pendant 4jours et facture supplémentaire à régler au départ

Cela fait quatre jours que nous n avons pas de climatisation dans la maison suite a un orage Une chaleur épouvantable pendant ces 4 jours malgré avoir prévenu le gardien de la résidence on ne nous jamais reparer la climatisation (4 jours sans dormir volet ouvert infesté par les moustiques bref ... c est scandaleux) et a notre départ on nous oblige de régler des frais supplémentaires à régler non indiqués je demande a être remboursé d une partie de la location pour non conformite a la location On a payer pour avoir la climatisation et on l a eu trois jours c est scandaleux

Bonjour, pour répondre une nouvelle fois à votre demande, vous oubliez de préciser que nous vous avons proposé des solutions que vous avez gentillement refusées. Nous sommes désolé pour l'orage et les moustiques. Nous tacherons de faire en sorte qu'il n'y en ai plus en corse. Concernant les frais de ménage, il vous suffisait de demander de ne pas les régler. Nous espérons tout de même que ce séjour fut agréable en grande partie.

Urlaub mit Hindernissen

Als wir ankamen, teilte der Hauswart Christophe uns mit, dass die von uns reservierte Wohnung für die erste Nacht doppelt gebucht war. Deshalb mussten wir mit unseren zwei kleinen Kindern zuerst in einer anderen Wohnung mit nur einem Schlafzimmer übernachten. Der Vermieter weigerte sich, uns finanziell entgegen zu kommen. Das einzige was wir erhielten waren frische Handtücher, weil wir die nassen, gebrauchten -neben allem Gepäck- nicht auch noch zwischen den Wohnungen hin- und her schleppen wollten. Als Alternative bot man uns vor Ort noch an, die Buchung zu annullieren. Die richtige Wohnung liegt direkt an der befahrenen Hauptstrasse. Sie war innen sauber geputzt und gut eingerichtet. Die Terrasse war schmutzig und voll von Ameisen und Raupen, welche sich unterhalb der Stühle und an der Decke verpuppten. Erst als unser Sohn aus Versehen auf eine Raupe getreten ist, fanden wir heraus, dass es sich um giftige Prozessionsraupen handelt. Die Wohnung befindet sich nur 700m vom Meer mit schönem Sandstrand. Allerdings muss man an der Hauptstrasse entlang gehen (ohne Gehsteig, in der prallen Sonne). Wir sind folglich immer mit dem Auto gefahren, Parkplätze gab es am Strand immer freie (Ende Juni). Das Wifi funktioniert nur bei der Rezeption, in der Wohnung hat man keinen Empfang. Der Hauswart Christophe ist nett und kümmert sich um die Anliegen der Gäste (beispielsweise als unsere Klimaanlage nicht mehr funktionierte). Aufgrund der gemachten Erfahrungen können wir leider keine positive Empfehlung abgeben.

Casa pulita e vicina al mare, peccato che non fosse quella da noi prenotata.

Casa non corrispondente alle foto del sito: vengono illustrate due camere matrimoniali in realtà ve ne sono una matrimoniale e una a castello. La proprietaria ha 2 appartamenti affiancati e le foto corrispondono solo a uno di questi. In sede di prenotazione non viene specificato quale soluzione abitativa viene offerta salvo poi trovarsi in quella non desiderata.

Je suis désolée de vous dire que vous avez réservé la bonne maison et une des plus jolie en plus . Avec 2 belles chambres . Durant votre séjour court qu il soit vous avez voulu vous faire offrir le linge de maison et le forfait ménage obligatoire . Tous les jours vous étiez dans la complainte , de mauvais locataires jamais content .
