It offers two double/twin bedrooms: one master with balcony and en suite; the other with adjacent shower room. The master bedroom can be configured as 2 twin beds or one Super King bed to suit guest requirements. A further 2 guests can be accommodated on the sofa-bed in the open-plan living/dining area. The living room opens onto a south-facing balcony, overlooking the landscaped gardens and two pools: a large adult and a smaller children’s pool (inflatables not allowed). The garden and pool area provide a tranquil space to relax, sunbathe, and take a dip. Loungers, parasols, and pool showers, are provided free of charge; Please bring your own beach towels.
The apartment has a modern fully equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer, induction hob, electric oven, nespresso coffee machine, microwave and dishwasher. A washer/dryer, airer, iron & ironing board, allow you to freshen up your wardrobe mid-stay. There is a table with seating for 2 in the kitchen. The living room has 2 large sofa-beds and a large dining table with seating for 6.
The apartment has air-conditioning throughout, along with high speed wi-fi internet, a Flat-screen TV, Cable TV (IPTV with full UK, Ireland TV plus Sky Sports & Movies and European Sports), a DVD Player and an Amazon Echo Dot. A small library of books and DVDs are available for guests to borrow and/or swap. High-chairs and cots can be arranged .
There is plenty of parking immediately outside the apartment. Recommendations for transfers to and from Faro airport can be provided prior to arrival.
Our experienced local agent will meet you on your arrival and provide you with keys to the apartment and the communal garden and pools; there is a late check-in fee (payable locally) for check-ins after 2000 hrs. The garden and pool area is for the exclusive use of the immediate accommodation and is quiet and secure.
The apartment is registered by Portugal Tourism for use as a holiday let (Licence Number 14812/AL).
Please note that Albufeira Council have introduced a tourist tax for stays (2 euros per person (aged 12 and upwards) per night (up to a maximum of 7 days)) - guests will be responsible for paying the tax on arrival via a QR code/ website link provided in the arrival email.
Booking requires completion of a booking form and acceptance of the Fair Processing Policy; in addition ID information, as required by the Portuguese authorities, must be provided for all guests.
