The 4 bedroom, 4 1/2 bathrooms, private pool and jacuzzi, outdoor gas grill with cooking and seating area, 1 Great Room with TV/DVD, fireplace, formal dining & living areas, office & full bar. Best Views in the Whole Community. This house has deluxe accommodations that are ideal for any vacation!
Bedroom 1: The master bedroom with king bed has a wall to wall window that overlooks the backyard, pool and golf course. Full Private bath with jacuzzi tub, shower double vanity, make up vanity, walk-in closets, large dresser & TV.
Bedroom 2: Queen be full private bath, TV/DVD and access to front courtyard and seating area,
Bedroom 3: Bunk Beds and 2 twin beds, full private bath, TV and access to front courtyard
Bedroom 4: Outdoor Casita, king bed, mini frig, TV, microwave and full private bath.
The large family room features 14' ceilings, panoramic views to the backyard, golf course, lake and mountains. There is a large gourmet kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, twin ovens, a granite island with gas stove top and lots of room to cook. There is a water filtration system for purified drinking water. There is a laundry room with private washer, dryer. A separate bar area with seating for three.
The Ultimate Desert Vacation allows you the privacy that only comes with Maid Service, a private salt-water pool & hot-tub, built in gas BBQ and outdoor fire pit sitting with spectacular views of San Jacinto Mountain.
The home is part of a private gated community with 24 hour security. There are lit Tennis and Pickle Ball courts. The property is ideally located within easy access to El Paseo Drive, Agua Caliente Casino and Resort and the Palm Springs Airport.
Pool/spa heat is added upon request at an additional charge
The utility deposit is $1,500 for 30 nights with $375 added for each additional month the guest stays. Ask Property host for more details.

We use the home as our vacation get away and only rent to one tenant per year.
Why they chose this property
The home has been in the family since 2003 and we have enjoyed many holidays and summers hanging out in the desert. Greet location, can't beat the views. My favorite place to relax and golf.
What makes this property unique
Best Views of golf course, lake and mountains with Separate Casita with it's own entry and gated front courtyard.
