A very peaceful place for nature lovers and couples seeking tranquility. In addition to the fenced-in garden, there is an open garden of about 3,000 square metres with chestnut trees where you can spot wild boars, deer, deer, and roe deer up close. Fully renovated house.
Heating surcharge depending on the season; a €200 security deposit is required upon arrival and will be refunded upon departure, provided there is no damage to the house or its equipment. . Excursions to art centers within reasonable distances are possible (Florence 70 km—50 minutes, Lucca 74 km—55 minutes, Pisa 95 km–75 minutes, Bologna 70 km–60 minutes, Ravenna 160 km–90 minutes, 90 minutes). It’s important to have a car, even though the bus stop is about 250 m away.
You can go hiking in the mountains among chestnut, beech, and fir trees. PLEASE NOTE: This is a mountain house; it gets very cold in the winter, and the ceiling height is approximately 2.35 metres. The owner handles check-in, and a friend lives next door.
The house has a basement the same size as the apartment, which is used as a small workshop, a wood-paneled, very cool cellar (entirely concrete-floored) where a dog can stay, provided it is used to being alone. It can serve as storage for racing bikes and/or mountain bikes. There are 2 bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with a bunk bed). The living room features a comfortable double sofa-bed.
