Schöne geräumige Wohnung mit kurzer Entfernung zum Strand

Die Wohnung hat 3 Schlafzimmer und ein großes Wohn-Esszimmer. Ebenso einen Balkon und einen schattigen Platz vor dem Eingangsbereich. Sie ist funktionell, es fehlt an nichts. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und die Übergabe der Wohnung hat super geklappt. Vielen Dank dafür :). Mit unserem Hund konnten wir gut in den nahegelegenen Park und in den Wald von St. Mandrier laufen. Mit dem Bateau-Bus kann man im 20-MinutenTakt für 2 Euro nach Toulon fahren. Super Sache, man braucht das Auto nicht wirklich. Die Restaurants in der Nähe haben einen sauberen und guten Eindruck gemacht. Das Essen war immer gut und es war für jeden was dabei. Das Meer war sauber, das Wasser sehr klar. Vor allem gab es nie Abfall im Wasser. Alles in allem ein sehr gelungener Urlaub, obwohl wir ganz kurzfristig gebucht hatten und nicht mehr viel am Meer frei war.

Die großzügige und gepflegte Wohnung im 1. OG des Gebäudes bietet viel Platz und angenehme, liebevoll eingerichtete Atmosphäre. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit, alles sehr unkompliziert. Jederzeit gerne wieder!

Superbe location Sarah la propriétaire et une femme charmante et très à l'écoute des vacancier. Location bien très bien situé de toutes commodité. Boulangerie à coté du portail, grande surface à 300 mètre . plage en face . pas besoins de voiture. Port pour aller à toulon en bateaux taxi 1 euros la traverser pour aller faire son marcher et aussi pour aller à porquerolles. On à passer de bonne vacances. L. Pascal.

Sehr schöne Wohnung in optimaler Lage!

Wir waren mit 6 Personen in Les Sablettes und haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen! Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich und es fehlt an nichts. Sehr praktisch sind die zwei schattigen Parkplätze im Hof (1 Kleinwagen, 1 Kombi) mit elektrischem Tor! Beste Lage: In 5 Minuten ist man zu Fuß am Strand und kann das Meer genießen. Bäcker nebenan, morgens noch warme Croissants und Baguettes in 2 Minuten auf dem Tisch :-) .... Sehr nette Vermieterin, wir kommen gerne wieder! Merci à Sarah, nous reviendrons. Très belle et propre appartement avec tout ce qu'il faut, boulanger juste à coté, 5 minutes à pied pour aller à la plage, 2 voitures peuvent se garer (1 petite, 1 grande), supermarché à 10 minutes à pied, les autres commerces dans la même rue. A recommander!

Magnifique séjour

C'est la deuxième fois que nous louons ma sœur et moi, avec la famille, cet appartement, c'est dire si nous l'apprécions ! L'endroit est idéal pour profiter à la fois de la plage et des commerces et animations. Le fait de pouvoir garer la voiture à l'abri du portail électrique est un plus. L'ensemble est propre et bien pourvu en électroménager de qualité. Sarah est une personne très chaleureuse et de bon conseil. A recommander.

Jolie haut de maison dans lequel une se dégage une atmosphère apaisante. La maison était propre et bien entretenue et la propriétaire très accueillante. Je recommande cette maison. Restaurant très bon le rascasse a 5mn a pied. Sortie sympa pour les enfants le téléphérique et le parc a fauve du Faron a Toulon. La plage est a 5mn a pied. Le marché est juste a coté.

"Nous avons trouvé un log...

"Nous avons trouvé un logement en tout point conforme au descriptif : assez grand pour n''être pas gênés alors que nous étions six, confortable, clair, propre. L''équipement est complet. l''environnement est sympathique (restaurants, commerces...), quant à la plage, à deux minutes à pieds, elle est très agréable, sûre et vouée aux activités familiales. La propriétaire accueille chaleureusement ses locataires et se révèle disponible pour faciliter l''installation et la vie au quotidien. Si nous devions faire un reproche, ce serait les quelques désagréments causés par la canicule : obligés de dormir les fenêtres ouvertes, nous sommes réveillés le matin par les engins de nettoyage, le ramassage des poubelles... et l''excitation des mouettes ! (Il va de soi que la situation est exceptionnelle et que la propriétaire ne peut, en aucun cas, en être tenue pour responsable !) Si nous devions retourner aux Sablettes, il ne fait pas de doute que nous consulterions ce site en priorité."
