The apartment is perfectly situated, close to the centre of Chatel, only a few minutes walk to bars, restaurants, the main gondela and chairlifts by Lac Vonnes. The apartment itself was very well equipped, everything you need and very comfortable. We did go out for dinner and drinks some evenings, but also enjoyed staying in and cooking our own meals on a few occasions. Really easy to get to by car and having a safe underground parking space was a bonus too. Would absolutely stay again if we return to the Portes de Soleil.

Best equipped holiday let I've experienced
This is a great apartment, practical, homely and clean. Plenty of storage, 2 loos (very handy), great inventory for those who want to cook. Absolutely fantastic views down the valley. Nice touch of a welcome bottle of wine from the owner.

We really enjoyed our stay in this lovely appartment in Chatel. Well situated and well equipped. The only commend I can make is that the double beds (140x200) are quite small according to current standards for 2 adults.
On a passé un yres bon sejour en famille.L'appartement est fonctionnel et bien équipé. Il manque quelques placards de rangement mais dans l’ensemble,on a bien profité de lespace et de la vue sur les montagnes.Certains locataires de la residence ne semble pas avertis de ne pas mettre les chaussures de ski dans l’escalier car on entend enormeme t les pas et les bruits.Merci à notre hote pour la réactivité tres appreciable

Superfijn, schoon en volledig ingericht en uitgerust appartement. Ligging is perfect, je bent snel bij de winkels, skibus stopt voor de deur waardoor de auto lekker in de parkeergarage onder het gebouw kan blijven staan. We komen zeker nog eens terug!

Équipement au top, rien ne manquait, parfait. Le seul point négatif est le stationnement. Emplacement prévu mais très, très petit. Difficultés pour se garer et pour "s'extraire" du véhicule ! Dommage
Logement idealement situé au coeur de Chatel.La proximité avec les commerces et le parking privé sont un vrai plus.Le logement est fonctionnel et largement equipé , et le balcon nous permet une magnifique vue sur la vallée.Les informations données par Veronica étaient precises.Si je devais ajouter un bémol, la taille de la salle de bain qui est un peu petite pour une famille et qui manque d'espace pour poser les affaires de toilettes...mais dans le cadre des vacances ca reste gérable.Logement apprécié
Super vacances familiales dans l’appartement de Veronica très bien agencé, spacieux et très bien situé.La navette passe devant l’immeuble pour aller au lac de Vonnes et les remontées mécaniques de Super Chatel sont à 5 min à pieds. L’appartement est conforme à la description et très bien équipé ! Tout était parfait! Merci encore pour votre accueil nous reviendrons!

Het appartement is gezellig, knus ingericht, prachtig balkon, prima voor 4 a 5 personen.
Alles is aanwezig en de locatie is top. Ik hou nooit zo van een skibus, maar deze was ideaal om binnen 5 minuten bij de skilift Gabelou te komen. De bushalte ligt voor de deur en elke 10 minuten komt er wel 1.
Super Chatel skilift is ook te lopen.
De bakker en supermarkt zijn dichtbij en Lac de Vonnes is ook te lopen ( op gewone schoenen). Prachtige wandelpaden lopen er naar Morgins.
De eigenaresse is een betrokken, betrouwbare en lieve vrouw.
Kortom, we hebben echt genoten van een prachtig verblijf!

Veronica est vraiment bien, très bon contact du début à la fin, et très agréable - l’appart est bien placé (proximité des commerces) et bien équipé (je précise qu’il y a une cafetière à filtre / nous n’avons pas trouver l’appareil à raclette mais si vous commandez une raclette chez François à 150 mètres ils prêtent un appareil )la literie est top et les oreillers également - la fourniture du linge de lit/torchons et serviettes est vraiment bien et pratique pour alléger les valises ! Bonne pression au niveau de la douche (important pour les grands cheveux !) et de l’eau très chaude -nous avons adoré la vue et l’espace ménage sur le balcon- la place de parking est vraiment appréciable - j’ai mis 4 étoiles pour le ménage c’est un peu « light » au niveau de la poussière sinon le reste était ok pour nous- Pour les restau 2 belles découvertes la crêperie dans la rue juste derrière l’appart et celui juste devant la mairie (plat très bons et généreux !)- nous reviendrons dans cet appart !
Nous adorons Châtel, appartement très cosy avec une vue à tomber.
On reviendra encore et encore...

I have one dog- black labrador -- Rhum is rum 2 years ago he ate 2 Christmas cakes nearly killed himself , they are not allowed dried fruit etc. ! I love Le Jessi & looking after it hoping that is comfortable for my guests as everybody is so welcome. .

Chatel & the area is so beautiful , it is a farming community which I have been used to all my life . The view from the long balcony of the apartment is stunning , ever changing & you look towards the Famous Abondance Valley -- it is a fanastic pick up both winter & summer .
What makes this property unique
We bought the apartment ' Off Plan ' !! we fell in love with the view & the situation -- near all amenties -- shops , bars, cafes , restaruants , ski lifts , free navette , ski shops , accessibilty from France & Switzerland . It is a great sucess , loved by family , friends & guests alike , you are able to catch a free navette -- Ligne 1 -- outside the apartment although it is only 2 minute walk to the shops . The apartment is very well equipped & it is extremely useful having 2 loos & my own private parking space underneath the building..
