Great location, close to everything downtown. The view of the river was perfect and there is a park just down the road that was perfect for walking our dog. The little kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need to prepare food. Over all it was well worth the money .

Wonderful stay! Great location, easy to walk to midtown. Staying with our cat was easy and so appreciated. Lots to do right outside the door, and the sound of the river at night was very relaxing. Would stay here again.

The mountain view and vicinity to the river made this stay extra special. I left the bedroom window open while I slept and it was a special treat to hear the river running outside.

This place was truly amazing from comfort to peacefulness! The host was also amazing and easy to connect with if anything was needed. The place was clean and cozy and had a beautiful view! We could easily walk to every place we needed to go in town! This was our frist time in Ruidoso and will come back and stay at this same place in the future, we loved it!!!
